I just moved back in the area, and have been dying to see if this place was still as good; it is.Everything is fantastic, the service is excellent, the prices are fair and the portions are large.The 2lb burrito is a delicious challenge, and one that I enjoy getting. I'll be back here a ton since I'm so close to it. This is probably the most slept on Mexican food in Concord.
We came on a Sunday around 9:30 pm. The food was made to order but the chips they served was a bit stale. I ordered two Tacos to try, the Asada and the Carnitas and both were good. Nothing to rave about, just your average taco. I like the carnitas because it didn't have that dirty pork taste, like they boil off the first and grill it on a flat top to have these crispy strands of pork. Im comparing it to Guadalara on Fruitvale in Oakland which I think has the best carnitas. The asada was a bit dry and tough. I had to douse it in their spieciest salsa (which was not that spicy at all) to add some moisture.If you've been to Tacos El Patron (best tortillas and salsa) or Los Gallos Express (fresh chips and salsa) then this place can't compare. Still it's a good try but I can recommend especially if you have two of the best taco spots 5 - 10 minutes away down the street.
Steak tacos are decent. Not bad but not great either. I like the fact that the meat isn't dried out which is a problem that plagues so many Mexican restaurants. The salsas could use some work though.
Been coming here for a few years, it's good food at a good price. Always friendly and there is a nice variety

Breakfast Burritos are large, but they are 90% beans and rice.Ordered their chorizo burro, might as well been a bean and rice burro. Small amounts of eggs and chorizo.
First time eating here. Food was delicious. Tacos were my favorite. We'll definitely continue to eat here.
Been coming here for take out and now the occasional dine in for the last few years as one of my favorite taco stops. Simple to elaborate plates, mild to spicy, they’ve got a great menu and you can see why the place is busier and busier.
