Chips and salsa always fresh and warm.I always get the pineapple Margarita or Mojito ✨ … the sugar cane garnish is my favorite…I got the whole fried fish . Honestly I’ve had better , the fish was dry and unseasoned even hot sauce couldn’t save it .. but my husband got fajitas and those were so good . I was mad i didnt order those ?

While traveling the backroads of Alabama we came across this little out-of-the-way diner next to Marvin's on Hwy 80 in Demopolis, Alabama. Being from Texas, we are very particular about our Mexican food. But I have to admit we were not only pleasantly surprised at the taste of the food, we were shocked! This might be the best Mexican food we ever had - even in Texas!
Watch out for the lady at the front desk. Her name is Sliz. I asked her for change to tip my server. She was was rude, disrespectful, and had very poor customer service skills. Why allow a person to work there with such a bad attitude let alone at the front counter where people walk in.I would not allow someone with that type of attitude to work in such a nice establishment.

If you love southern Tex Mex go get the enchiladas with red sauce. They are perfect. I'm from the south and this is the first time since moving to California 6 years ago that I've had this great of Mexican food.
Excellent authentic Mexican cuisine. Yeah the hot plate kind of affair. Great location downtown easy on site parking. The restaurant has a lot of flair with decorative motifs abounding. Featuring a very well stocked tequila bar. Excellent margaritas. They make some of the best Salsa and chips you can ask for. Watch out don't fill up totally on them before your food comes. They're that additive. I love the food you can't go wrong with anything. They have a large menu with plenty of options.
This is the best Mexican spot with 10 miles anywhere. Make sure you try one of their cocktails!
Food is yum! After coming here for years, months, and after numerous times of mistakes/errors and still continuously being a customer…… We’ve given this restaurant chances and had enough. Food order never comes out correct or as ordered! This review isn’t to backlash the restaurant but to be a voice that I truly hope the staffs actively listen to their customer wants and wishes! Lastly, it’s important to keep your customers happy after your restaurant make a mistake and causes us to either waste money or lose appetite.
Great service and good food. They offer large portions so make sure you save plenty of space in your tummy before going.
