Good fast service. Everything is fresh and friendly staff. One of my go-to's when in the area. Excellent food. Fair prices for the quality.

I get inflation happens. However when you order 4 sandwich at $14 each (famous balltip, 2 blazen ball tips, bbq beef sandwich ) the 2 blazen ball tips were very low on meat and not warm like it should be. The stiffed sandwich had very little meat in it and not even stuffed all the way like they used to. Seams like they left some of the bread at the bottom. Ordered regular fries were damn near cold. If you raise your prices and want to stay in business you better keep the same quality that made you what you were. Will not return to this location again.
Team member didn't get the order right. I asked for two bbq chicken sandwiches (one with no onions and cheese, and one with no onions), but instead they gave us beef. Also ordered sweet tater tots and they made it plain. Had no personality either. Great food, but won't be coming back.
The place has very very good food.But the service es too slow, I saw 7 people leaving the store because the line didn't move at all, Including me.U should hire more latin people, they work faster.
Been coming here for a while. Last few months have been seeing service go down hill. Today was the worst. Called in a order for pu. Arrived at location concord and seen my order ready. Girl behind counter after 5min ask me what I was here for. Told her a pu she said ok and continued working. 10min later I ask another girl for help, she said "I'm making orders and yell out next person to help. 5 more minutes passed and a customer came in and was attended to. I ask the girl again that I was waiting for 20min and was leaving now. Bunch of young people that don't seem to care and sad that management is not seeing this. Great food but service is way below standard.
The worst BBQ experience i have ever had to sit through. Hot food is already in the hot plates ready to go, yet it took them 30 minutes to prepare 2 measly plates. I did try phoning in my order and was placed on hold for 22 minutes, i stayed on the line while i ordered my food in person to see if anyone would answer, they didn’t.I get home open my plate and it is the saddest BBQ i have seen in my life.
Excellent meats and sides. Hot link sausages are the best and roasted veggies are to die for! Also the sweet potato fries are a must have. Sometimes a little longer wait during the lunch rush but either way customer service has been great.
This place is one of my favorite spots for BBQ. Aside from that they’re a bit expensive. I bought a protein bowl with just barely and meat and it came in a pint. $11.99 for it is very steep. It’s definitely not filling at all!
Had to return our sandwiches.I don’t understand why EVERY kinders in this area, parkside, ygnacio included suck so bad at consistently giving out poor quality food made with no love and attention.I should have shown you the joke of avocado they put.NOT TO MENTION THEY FORGET THE AVOCADO HALF THE TIME! it’s literally what makes it a “California”Not worth driving to and spending money on.Makes it overpriced and not worth it. Sucks they always have kids working too. They are barley conscious enough to care about food and people.I WISH kinders would do better, yet after so many years they are still the same. Never grow and never get any better.TWO THUMBS DOWN.
Any time I am in the area, I stop here. Everything is always so good. I switch it up between the Rib Eye steak sandwich, the Spicy Ball Tip sandwich, and the BBQ beef sandwich. Can't go wrong with any of those choices!
