Love the happy hour here. The lion king roll is my favorite. Goes great with beer and saki. Fast service and very polite. Lots of choices is sushi isn't your thing.

We were regulars at the Oakland location, and this was our first time at this Concord location. Everything was as expected. It really hit the spot.
Such a great experience. We were a hot mess when we arrived in a large group with hangry kids. The staff was so kind and patient with us.The food is just amazing, so fresh.We really found everything we ordered a culinary delight. Some of the best Sashimi I've had in a while. We look forward to dining here again.
Kansai is probably one of the best places to get Japanese near Concord, they have good sushi and good entrees with larger portions. The price has gone up a bit over the years, but it's still worth it and the quality shows this.I've never left Kansai unhappy :)
This used to be my all time favorite sushi spot until now. I placed an order for pickup & the avocado in the California Roll was literally black. When I called the restaurant they said it happens when the Avocado is exposed to the air ???. Yeah no I just picked it up no more than 10 minutes ago. It won't turn black that quick.I luckily got a refund through GrubHub because I literally lost my appetite

Best customer service I have ever found in Concord. Very polite and helpful. The food and portion and price wise was excellent. I can't believe I didn't try this earlier. I would recommend to all my friends and family to go here. I was not disappointed at all. I will definitely be back.
Great staff and atmosphere. We ordered rolls and they were delivered within 5 minutes of ordering! The rolls were fresh and yummy. I've ordered delivery from them in the past and this was my first time dining in. I definitely will be back again.
Incredible food! Excelent service, felt really well taken care of. Their rolls are bigger than other places.
