UNPREPARED Establishment.11pm 6/7/222 years post pandemic...Came to buy a couple JJ jr's.At the window the woman told they were out of the small patties. I told her to use the big patties but she refused.So what the customer is forced to buy a more expensive item? Customer service is dead at Jack. They used to care that the customer enjoyed visiting.
Just went today to this Jack-in-the-Box I always come here I love the service but unfortunately the manager that is on duty very disrespectful Instead of saying hello how can I help you menses what do you need very unprofessional and on top of that a five year old little girl in the back I worked in fast food last time I checked we’re not allowed to take our kids
The crazy thing is I eat there just about every other day I love their breakfast food and I love their curly fries and I love their value chicken sandwiches with extra mayonnaise and lettuce tomato. I just think Jack in the box is the bomb diggity out of all of them LOL who doesn't?
Great customer service. Well attended when ordering a meal. Everyone is fast paced,at a safe organized manner.
My experience is always great? it’s only the customers that want extra stuff, don’t know what they want to order, don’t wanna pay extra for stuff, have bad attitudes and expect to be treated good maybe if the customers weren’t so stupid thinking they are going to a five star restaurant it’s fast food people!! the food is good as it should be don’t be so picky and maybe you won’t have problems here

I don't know what it is but everytime I get a soda there it taste funny.
I came thru drive thru late night. Sonia was the drive thru cashier and the one who took my order as well as give me my food. she was not the least bit of friendly and rushed me the whole time I ordered.. I checked my food before I drove off and did a quick check to make sure everything was there. When I got home... MY CHEESEBURGER HAD NO MEAT!!! How do you forget to put meat in the cheeseburger? Literally a joke lol I wasn't going to drive back for a cheeseburger, it was already late and I was annoyed but what the heck man get it together !!!!
Service is okay. They need a more friendlier person to take orders. The usually people are often rude and do not listen intently.
