I had a terrible food experience. The ladys working there was very nice and everything. But when it came to my order, i was upset. I dropped all of my soda in my car because the lid to my soda didnt fit the soda cup. My bread to my sandwich i had the bread was burnt. All i tasted was the burnt bread. And when it came down to the soda. The one that didnt fall in my car, the soda didn't even have ice, and the soda was flat. Upset to say wount be going back there no more.
Ordered doordash from here and got a complete diffrent order. As one who use to work for jack in the box I've learned that some care about ones order and making sure they got everything they requested and others just give what they feel like giving out and hoping the customer is happy with what they recieve and not carring about the outcome
Jack in the Box in Pleasant Hill is hanging on by a thread. But, no matter what, I will go there everyday to be sure I am supporting it. Hoping they stay open. If you need someone to work there, hit me up, I'll do what it takes to keep the doors open. Please don't shut the doors you guys, because you were the only ones open around here when we are hungry in the middle of the night! I give this Jack in the Box a 10! The employees are the best! They are working three peoples job to one.And they all deserve a bonus!! You Rock!
The people were nice and the food was well prepared and my order was 100% correct
As with most Jack in the Box restaurants I have been to, the food was good and the drive thru was fast.
Every time I come to this location I have to make sure my order is complete,I just got an order afew minutes ago and check two bags forgot to check the last one,got home and no frenchs fries at all, my mistake for not checking but they just put more attention to what ahey are doing.
I don't know what's the problem with this location i went there today around 2:30pm and the lady who's taking my order she was almost nice I told her thank u she didn't even answer me back at Least you're welcome and then when I got to the window there's a lady with glasses that handed me out my order oh my God she gave me an attitude and she looked at me like this???that means that she was not happy at all with my presence on her owner window??anyway I'm sorry cuz I went to this location to spend my money there and unfortunately with that lady with glasses I'm not welcome at all. Owner it's time to change your employee's otherwise you'll not have costumer at all.
They are fast and I always receive hot food ? I appreciate you guys
Got food very quickly, I just do not like the layout of the drive thru lane, it was a lil to tight of a squeeze with off turn angles for me
The service was very bad, after they took my order I had to wait 30 minutes just to get my food, after that I asked for ketchup and ranch but I didn't get anything, when I got my food they forgot my tacos and when I asked for them the worker just threw them at me, my coffee and soda didn't come with ice at all and then the food was very cold when I got back.
