Good food, great options and service.One catch though - It is generally not very spicy so if you expect that, you may be disappointed. Otherwise, I would recommend it.
Went for lunch and ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala thali combo. Nice portion at a reasonable price but the flavor was overall lacking a little depth. My expectations were high with all the great reviews so I was a bit disappointed. Maybe would come back if I was nearby but wouldn't go out of my way.
I just ordered chicken Tikka masala here today along with garlic naan. Decent prices for both. The chicken Tikka masala is the flavor I've been searching for for a long time. Incredibly delicious. The garlic naan is well cooked and a good size. Overall, I think this place has the best chicken Tikka masala I've had in a long time. Many other places had chicken Tikka masala that was too sweet or sour, but this place had the balance right. Also, the chicken breast in the curry is soft and well cooked. Most places cook their chicken too much and are very tough, but this place does it right. I recommend this place wholeheartedly
After reading all the great reviews I was really looking forward to trying this new Indian restaurant but we were rather disappointed with the food. Chicken tikka masala and butter chicken lacked flavor, lamb curry was ok though my husband found it rather salty. Naan was doughy and medu vada appetizer hard and tasteless, I didn’t bother eating it. I don’t think we will order from them again- back to Momo and Curry which is a level above and really consistent.
Very good service. Naan was to die for. Rest was okay. States Himalayan, cooks are Nepalese and only thing that had anything remotely close to a name suggesting its from that area is the Himalayan Biriyani which was rice covered with curry(good enough but nothing different or delish). I ordered lamb tikka Maasala or goat not sure as well. It was good(okay). For the vendor while service is great, food presentation needs some work(ie garnish the dishes), maybe Himalayan/Nepalese music. It elevates the experience. Small business so happy to go try their largely non-Himalayan/non-Nepalese- North n South Indian food. New place so they have their growing pains, will go again for the naan:)
Amazingggg food!! Didn’t get a chance to click the pictures of the food but everything I ordered was super tasty.I ordered Lamb and butter chicken thaali with samosa chat .
The chicken chow mian and naan were awesome ?. The Himalayan biryani was very favorable. Kids thought it's spice but very tolerable for me ( I don't typically eat spicy foods)
Me being an Indian, hardly any Indian restaurant food impress me, but let me tell you this, Himalayan curry house has the best food in whole bay area, I tried almost 7-8 different food dishes with them and all of them had very great flavor, take my word and visit there, you won't regret it.

I definitely recommend trying this place out! The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and you’d be supporting a small business in the community. The garlic naan was amazing!! I’d agree that it’s probably the best naan I have tried so far! ❤️? Try out their momos also! Pictured is their chicken tikka masala serviced with rice and a side of garlic naan.
