Good food, very clean if you need napkins, ice, salsa etc. Has to be asking for!!
Painfully slow drive thru experience when it wasn't even busy. Took fifteen minutes with only two cars in front of me. Price for a tiny bean, rice, and cheese burrito is now $4 to add insult to injury. Won't be back.
Rude staff. Tried to tell them the machine was out of ice and they brought ice to us and put like 3 pieces of ice in the cup and wouldn’t give us anymore and every soda fountain flavor was awful.
They used to never get my order wrong. It all started when they forgot my gravy. I went back and confronted them. The worker admitted that she saw when they forgot the gravy. The manager came and gave me a free side. I thought it was a one time thing and would never happen again. Unfortunately now every time I go they forget the napkins, the sauces, or even the tortillas!!! 1 star for Terrible customer service 1 star for great food ?

The customer service from the drive thru worker was horrible he acted like we were a inconvience i backed up and went inside the person who took my order was polite and professional I walked outside when I came back I side the restaurant the drive thru person took one bag of my order back so I assumed it was not mine the other employee brought it out to me as I was checking my order. I talked to the manager and informed him about the rude service from the drive thru employee. They will never ever get any money from me family or friends which was $41.33 this was 5/1/22 a 2:39pm he needs to be retrained on customer service no more of my family or friends money
We like el pollo loco. Some healthier options than the regular fast food, clean facilities and polite service.
The chicken tasted OK but they are shrinking. The pieces are so small and the service is terrible. I waited for about good 3 minutes to get a refill on my soda. I have been in other ones but I don't recommend this location.
We stopped by our favorite grill chicken spot. We weren't disappointed either. The food was both hot and fresh. My wife definitely enjoyed her salad. We will be back.
Bad customer service. If you go on drive-thru they give you small amount salsas which taste like they were from the day before. 1 hour before closing they magically run out of everythingIts bad! They need hard working people that are mature responsible and committed
