I’ve never seen a Dunkin’ in Boston with coffee on tap! It tasted the same but that experience? Classy! Delightful! Modern!
Dunkin’ has not maintained their standards since expanding to the West coast. This locations specifically the coffee is watered down and taste like it’s mixed with cigarette butts. And, the donuts are hard, steal, and disgusting. This is just awful a treasured place ruined.
This is one of my local Dunkn store that I often go to. There are sometimes coworkers that do not know how to make their freezy ice blended drinks. Either they make it too sweet or or it's just doesn't taste right where you end up just trashing it and wasting money. There are seldom times that they do a great job where I am completely satisfied with my drink. Very seldom does it taste amazing to make me feel like going back to get another one or tip whoever made the drink. Now when I go there it makes me think every time whether someone is equipped to doing their job right and will serve me exactly what I want, in hopes. I should not feel like that, I should be able to order in confident and know that it will be great. Press your luck no whammy employee. Lol
This place is disgusting the coffee was gross and the donuts tasted extremely old and the lady at the window was very rude I don't understand how anybody likes this place.

Unlike most Duncan where the coffee is only good sometime and you take a chance this is Dunkin has a higher than average percent of always getting good coffee flavors right your orders right normally you don’t need to fix up too much of anything the one in Georgetown mass do you have an issue with not putting enough sugar in it So I asked for seven sugars all the time and I’m lucky if I get to so Georgetown and Mass you need to stress to them that what you want is what you want and that you want exactly that and because they don’t think that everyone really wants what they ask for like they don’t really want things that sweet that’s not the case at all everyone has very specific ways they like their coffee
Refuses to open indoor seating. Only has cold dirty tables outside. If the drive through has anyone waiting for food everyone inside gets ignored. Terrible customer service.
I love all the flavors of donut holes.The stuffed mini begals are yummy as well. Very reasonable.
I dont go here for the taste of the food. It is more of a convenience. The staff is always friendly and they keep the line moving fast
I don't drink coffee but the breakfast foods are reasonably priced and the mini donuts are fun to snack.
