Trying to take a breather after a long drive. It was fun to hang out here and take some swings. Then on to Dave and Busters where my octogenarian mom was having a blast driving, priceless!
The food wasn't very good. I've eaten here twice and it's not worth the money at all. The drinks don't have much alchohol in them. The services is good. It's very clean there. Games are fun.
This visit was the first time bringing my family to patronize this D&B location and I was just beyond pleased with the staff last night. From the beginning, the hostess was accommodating, understanding, friendly and helpful; the manager, Gary, immediately resolved a concern I had re: online ordering and keeping the tab open versus closing it out; the wait staff was very friendly and helpful, and the kitchen staff really shined and was sharp as an arrow with the food orders. One thing that did miss with this visit was the consistency with the alcoholic drinks I ordered; I ordered the same drink multiple times, and the taste was not consistent. Regardless, we had an amazing and memorable evening and look forward to coming back!
This place is great from adults to children...wonderful location and good cold drinks and food...they totally changed the menu since ive been here pre COVID...but they still have decent food on the menu now...the crunchy cauliflower is ?...fish and chip is enough to feed 2 people since the fish is really big....great seating and tvs u can see from all places...on top more games to play on a reg...pita bread pizza yummy
Good place to go watch the game but the food is ok. The nachos I had the chips went stale quickly. The burrata dish was good but cheese wasn’t enough for all the bread. Good screen size to watch the games but over priced I’m my opinion.
I celebrated my son’s 17th bday yesterday Saturday April 23rd at the Concord location in a private room , my guest had so much fun, the food was amazing and the kids enjoyed the location very much ! I brought my speaker and laptop to do karaoke for the adults and it was a hit ! Thank you very much for the A1 service from my sever and all the employees ??? highly recommended !! Gladys Zerbe
Dave& Buster's is a fun place to go. The staff and management are on two different levels. Staff is telling you one thing management is telling you different thing. Example we went and spent $200 on game credits. We then went and sat down and had dinner. I explained to our waitress that we wanted to go play but we wanted to come back and sit down and finish our dinner in a little bit and get some dessert for my child's birthday. My waitress told me to leave my credit card and I'd be fine. We went and played for like 10 minutes, came back and our table was cleared off. Ask for the manager. He said that they busted the table because they're not holding tables for people. I explain to him that I was told by my waitress that I could leave as long as I left my credit card and come back. I explained to him that all of our food was sitting on the table in to-go boxes. We put napkins over our drinks. Which is a universal sign for the person's not done in most dining, restaurants or places I've been that serves food or drinks. I even explained to him that I left my credit card with the waitress. Let her know that we would be back. After The manager was very rude to me and kept cutting me off. I asked for my bill and he told me he would remake all my food. I told him that I was done with this establishment and I did not want my food remade. I just want my bill. I let him know that I'd be making a review about this visit and about his Dave and Buster's location. And I'd be calling corporate office about this. After threatening about corporate office he decided he would reimburse me my meal that I was out. I explained to him that I wasn't looking forward and reimbursement. I was looking to enjoy my evening with my family for my daughter's birthday and was looking to continue to play and eat and drink for a little bit longer. He again told me that I could not hold a table and that if I wanted to go play I could go play and come back and ask for a table if they weren't on a Wait. But he would not guarantee me a table. I didn't ask for my check again and when my waitress brought me the check she reassured that the manager had took care of the bill and I did not need to pay for it. I feel this manager was only trying to be nice after the fact because I said I was going to call corporate office.
The games are fun although some feel very short!dropped 2 stars from the restaurant experience, it was disappointing.There were maybe 5-6 tables occupied with half almost finished. We got our drinks first but they forgot my soda and 2 waters, no biggie.The food arrived and we got half an order, we were missing our kids burger and extra fries. I had to ask for them after like 5 minutes of waiting for them, we didn’t get napkins either and when I asked for some we got those small paper napkins from the bar not the actual cloth napkins we saw other tables with. Our actual server checked in maybe once, I wasn’t expecting a 5 star restaurant experience but this was well below reasonable considering their prices. I’ll definitely come back to play but eat here? Most likely not.
2 stars because the games are fun, but the restaurant was absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. I give that 0 stars. We got our food first, (never got the side of fries we ordered) and it took until we were done eating to get some of the drinks we ordered only after asking at least 3 times. Each drink was brought separately and made horribly. They tasted disgusting. $10 for an old fashioned that barely had any liquid in the glass. One in our party waited 45 minutes for a drink that was requested to keep an ingredient out due to an allergy. The drink came and the waitress didn't know if the drink was made properly, so it went back. Another 30 minutes later and the drink still hasn't come. We had to order through an electronic menu/app which was fine, but we couldn't get our money back because everything was already paid for. I will never eat or drink there again.
