Wonderful cookies, Excellent Consumer service
It’s over priced cookies. Since these cookies cost almost as a gallon of gas,the company can provide a luxury experience for customers. The box we got for a single cookie was better quality than most of my Amazon delivery boxes. I am sure that’s not good for the environment and the customer’s wallet. Customer service seems so forced and unnatural that they make Starbucks employees look delightful. This store reminds of the Apple store so much, but this just for cookies. Great cookies, for people who don’t work for their money.

Wow! Customer service at this location was almost better than the cookies! I can’t believe how welcoming the staff was. Also cookie flavors are amazing, but staff here needs a raise??
The service is good. Usually.the cookies are.good. I typically try the new flavor/type of the week , and I have to be honest...the frosted flake one was disgusting. I found it incredibly gross, so I tried it the next day, trying to be open minded since I was craving sweets and the next day it was still disgusting .Overall the codes are good, over priced but usually good. The other day, the staff gave me a few of the wrong ones, but I didn't complain because I was at my event by the time I realized...Next time I'll make sure they don't make a mistake again, especially with a the nasty cookie that they gave me this last te...I.E. the repugnant frosted flake thing....
They have good cookies. I really like the different flavors they have. The Concord store does seem to be struggling with staffing issues each time we come to order cookies. So if you want to wait for cookies, I’d suggest just getting them delivered. You’ll wait the same amount of time as if you were in line and you’ll get back some time doing other stuff while you wait at home. Other than that, other stores I’ve been too have been on point. So overall Crumbl is legit and they have awesome cookies.
Has flavor, thus three stars. After the visits and multiple boxes of varieties, each time it was not fully cooked through. This last time the leftover grease soaked through two paper towels and left a big grease spot on my desk.
I waited 25 minutes and spent $20 for 4 cookies. After waiting 25 minutes and at $5 a cookie, I had great expectations.All out of chocolate chip cookies at 2 pm.Brownie cookie was good. Typical brownie cookie.Cookie dough cookie was okay but lacking flavor.Strawberry sugar cookie was terrible. Dry and bland cookie, dry and overly sweet frosting.Two staff members were very friendly, despite dealing with rude customers. However, the rest of the staff seemed lackluster and uninterested.Not worth it in my opinion. It might have just been the flavors I got that day, but with only 6 flavors available and 2/6 being disappointing, it's not worth it. Spend your money and time elsewhere (CREAM, or even a Safeway cookie is better).
Not only do I love their cookies, but they do there utmost to provide good customer service. They were a bit behind and by the time I came back to pick up, the one I ordered was out. She was so apologizelic and kind. They refunded the one cookie that was out and replaced it with a new one.That is amazing customer service!
