This establishment has had no restroom access for at least 2 years that I've seen.California law: The State of California stipulates that all public and privately owned buildings where the public gathers be equipped with enough restrooms to meet the needs of the public at peak hours. This includes sports and entertainment arenas, amusement parks, community halls and event centers. Different rules apply to restaurants, coffee shops and the like but, in general, all businesses that serve food for consumption on site should provide some sort of public restroom for their customers and guests.This facility thinks it's alright to ignore law even after COVID restrictions have been lifted for a very long time now.And their ice cream is not that great. Baskin Robbins is way better.
Says has vegan options yet they only had ONE ice cream flavor which was mango sorbet. I wanted something to go with the vegan chocolate cookie and that doesn't pair well. Very disappointed especially after driving 20 miles and on my husband's birthday no less.NOT a happy customer.Won't be wasting my time on this place in the future. Maybe you shouldn't post options that are cleary not true.
Ugh! So good. SO. ?GOOD. ?Big fan of the salted Carmel and the birthday cake ice cream. Their cookies are also great. And… sprinkles. So fantastic. The cows who gave their milk to make this ice cream would be proud.

Came in with my family to get ice cream and there was one worker. I ordered my ice cream sandwich and the guy answered the phone and put my ice cream on the counter next to the registers with no paper. I didn’t want to embarrass the guy and get mad but just make sure you pay attention to what they do. Ice cream was delish but worker could use a little more training.

Let me rephrase, employees started pulling food early. Only offering pre-packaged pints 30min before closing time. Yes the doors stayed open but your normal service was not offered to myself and my friend. We happily took our business across the street for some gelato. Customer service was impeccable over there
Tell all your staff to GREET EVERY CUSTOMER ACCORDINGLY. Ignored the ONLINE ORDER. Very Sad.
