It's open & fun, fun, fun! Not too crowded but over priced. Getting a play bracelet is the best way to go!
It's OK. Clean, not so busy. They updated token system so you can pay for time limit and or the old normal. Good for toddlers and younger kids, no play zone for babies
Its a fun place to take I would say 4 - 5 yr olds... The games seem to b best for them... The staff is friendly and the place the clean...
Had a bday celebration for my daughter today and the service has been superb! I’ve never celebrated here before and didn’t know much when I reserved the party. They called to confirm my reservation and answered all the questions I had prior to event and offered their recommendations as far as food. When I got there everything has been set up perfectly and the host and manager were checking in from time to time to make sure everything was going great and it was ! They made this bday celebration so much fun for my daugher and my daughters friends had a blast too and we ll definitely recommend and keep coming back here again! Thank you Chuck E Cheese staff ! You were awesome !!!
Staff is horrible I saw a dad fighting a child with autism and the staff ignored it. This led to the child throwing a chair and breaking a two year Olds teeth. This was the most horrible thing I've ever seen. And I spent 200 dollars that day which in my opinion was over priced for a nasty place
Is good for maybe one hour, is not so fun play 5 sec and the machine ask for more money, I like more when they give you tickets and the games were not so short,AND YOU HAVE TO PROVE YOU ARE FULL VACCINATED + MASK, so that takes these place to ⭐⭐
The pizzas have a better flavor and the crusts were not thick. Chuck E made an appearance that definitely makes it more interactive with the customers ?. It had been 2 years ago when we last had the pizza, what an improvement. Not as noisy either. Loved that fact that you can buy minutes instead of coins. What a money saver.
Showed up to be told we couldn't be there if we didn't have a vaccination card or covid test results. A hour drive for nothing wished they would have something stating such information online, or even at the door when you walk in!
We just left from this place. I gave it a five star because I saw that the staff were trying their best to keep the place running well. With others around you can certainly have the fun you want. The prices are reasonable considering the costs of keeping such place in good shape. Customer service is as expected in a good work place. We had food beforehand so I can’t disclose information on their food, but the COVID 19 safety requirements were met. And although everything went well with our individual family fun time, the moment Chuck E. Cheese’s mouse mascot comes through the doors, the only thing that appears to us as happy is the prerecorded music in the background. I’ve seen a video or two about a Chuck E. Cheese mascot at some other Chuck E. Cheese that looked sad and down because no one wanted to see him. This time, the mouse was just down and seemed like whoever was in there didn’t want to be there. They did their very best at keeping the kids happy by high giving them, waving, and the hand to the face as if they were laughing. Everything went well, but I did feel bad for the mouse. Who ever was in there did not want to be there. It looks to me like they were having some personal issues and couldn’t hide them even in a costume. I hope them good joy in the rest of their days. This experience was amazing. I hope to return there again. Also, be careful for strangers outside of Chuck E. Cheese.
Don't have to use tokens, nice.Cards take a little while to work some times. Not to crowded lately.
