Gotta get the bowl with the half steak/half chicken. Some black beans, brown rice. Add lettuce, pour some sour cream on it and don’t for get to add the mild sauce + tortilla on the side.
I do love Chipotle and I know it's not the spots fault, but they were out of a quite a few things or they didn't want to open up a new one.Queso blanco was out!Pollo Asada was out too.I wasn't even offered chips, but I probably wouldn't have wanted them with out the queso blanco.BUT - portions were great!!!!Staff seemed friendly and quick to work.. so kudos to them.
Well the chicken burrito that I ordered was good in flavor it was not what I had ordered and I am disappointed that I did not get what I ordered and paid for which was a chicken burrito with black beans sour cream and guacamole nothing in the burrito and nothing on the side
I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and this is what I got.. it didn't come with anything else, no rice, no beans, no lettuce, etc. Is this a joke Chipotle? Do you think this was a funny prank? It's unbelievable, I was so excited waiting for this ordered and I had to get something else. And on top of it, they charged me full price. This is unacceptable. Never getting Chipotle again
My wife ordered a burrito chicken bowl through Doordarsh and received old chicken left over with ingredients in a dirty bowl. Never will be at this place ever. They either don't train their employees well or employees doesn't give a darn and are just doing anything they want. I spent over $30 buck on 2 items I ordered and this was unacceptable. I could expect they forgot the item but never expect they send a dirty bowl wirh left over of chicken it was disgusting and that tell us that this restaurant don't follow city regulations for hygiene when preparing food or they just have bad employees working there.
Mobile Orders WILL NOT Be Ready On Time! Multiple times. Came in 15 minutes after pickup time and they hadn’t even started just now. Stale chips more than once too, so check before you leave. Also they forget to add some of the requested items. Previously they hadn’t yet started a mobile order AND they were out of multiple items.
This location is the absolute worst. Employees are slow & always have an attitude.We place a mobile order & the promise time was set to 5:10pm. I showed up around 5:20 & the store was dead yet my order wasn't even made yet. I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes before someone started making my order.Now the foodIt was horrible, cold & old. The chips were stale. My girlfriend got a burrito bowl & only about half of it was filled & they forgot the meat. My burrito wasn't any better either. Looked like the dude rolled it while having a seizure & it fell completely apart when I picked it up. My burrito was also missing meat.Chipotle needs to come through this store & take care of these issues.
I just DoorDash-ed a burrito bowl for lunch. Got a few bites in and see what looks like a hair. Low and behold, a long black hair buried in my bowl. I threw up the few bites I had already taken and reported to door dash. Unacceptable! Hair nets are a food safety MUST, as well as gloves. There is no good reason as to why hair is in my lunch that I paid nearly $25 dollars for. I will never order or visit this location again!
