Had dinner with my fiance cuz I didn't feel like cooking we had a good dinner thoughI had a Tito's punch he had a Corona I had the baked seafood platter with panini noodles and alfredo sauce, he had a three-way combo with ribs carne asada quesadillas and chicken tenders
Came to eat at 9:05 pm and front door was locked. Got in on the side where pick up orders are and asked why the front doors were locked if the operating hours state that they're open till 10:00 p.m. I was told that dining hours are only till 9:00 p.m. but the sign at the front door does not state that which is false advertising. I asked for that manager and his name was Austin and he stayed at the same. That is bad service to start off with Will not eat here ever again and I don't recommend anybody does either, my opinion.
0 stars 3 hours of waiting watching our food go to the other tables that were sat after us, a waitress who was obviously under the influence. Another shift lead who came out asked what were missing which was everything we asked to remake the whole order they only remade 4 plates out of the 6. Then tried to charge us for a lava cake they gave us to eat while we waited for our kids and our food to be remade. The manager handed us 6 $5 gift cards towards our next visit, and still wanted us to pay after waiting for 3 hours and charging us for something we didn't even order. Just for it all to be messed up again and missing 2 entrees out 6 and all of our appetizers still missing. This place is a joke!!! Horrible customer service, no one wants to take responsibility for any of it either. I will not be recommending any one to go here ever
Sad to report that this location has some bad service issues. On our first visit we had several issues but brushed them off and decided to try again. But the second visit was pathetic. We were seated and then waited and waited for service. Finally after 15 minutes without one employee checking in on us (and kids getting too restless from waiting), we just abandoned. The worst part was that one chili’s hostess just sat at a booth next to us and watched us try to get service.My review is to suggest that you go to a different location. It seems like there are some customer service issues that may take a while to be resolved at this location.
The service and the food were both the worst I have ever had the baby back ribs were so dry I couldn't even swollow it, it had no flavor and their house sauce was terrible. I know because of covid- 19 they r under staffed but that isn't a good enough reason for bad customer service and I hope the chef was just having a bad day if not I would think about finding another one
This used to be one of our favorite go to places for dinner. But lately the quality has been going downhill, and tonight was a new low. I ordered delivery. The food was cold and soggy. The fries were put directly on top of the steak, so they soaked up all the garlic butter. The soda was completely flat. I got the food less than 40 minutes after ordering, so its not like the driver took too long, but chilis wanted nothing to do with the issue. Said to deal with doordash if theres a problem. Sure. We’ll be using doordash long after we’re done with chilis.
Curbside Delivery......NOT!Gives estimated time food will ne ready and was exact. Check in process simple stall number, make, model, color of vehicle. You get back conformation sit back relaxe we will bring it right out. 15 min later try to recheck in. Get response you have already checked in. Another 10 minutes. Maybe I need to stand on there curb. Still nothing. So I walk in. Hi can I help you...I ordered some food from your App. Name...Stephen...oh its been up here waiting for you the whole time...Thanks...Let's go eat $40 of cold noncurbside delivery. The sad part is that they only had 4 cars in the lot and a big giant gold suburban in #3 curbside delivery spot. It's hard to judge the food cold so I gave the benefit of the doubt
Amazing restaurant, great service from the Shelly and the food very tasty. I will definitely come back another time.
From order to ready for pick up it was an hour. When I arrived to pick up the waitresses and waiters just kept walking by and none of them asked if they could help us. Finally someone came and asked and informed me they were out of things we ordered and I had to choose a substitute. Once we got home with our order we discovered we didn't get everything. I will not be going back.
We waited 45 min to be seated, dinner took 2 1/2 hours, all of our food was served cold, my steak was ordered med rare and was med/well, my coffee was cold and it took 20 min to get a new cup. Service was extremely slow, unable to order many items on the menu due to low or no inventory.
