Ordered online and when my husband got home with our food we saw that they forgot to give us the SAUCE for our tenders. We called and asked if they could remake the order for us and we would come pick it up. They said that they won't remake a $35 order just for two 60 cent sauces. We live 20 mins away from this place mind you. So essentially she was suggesting we drive all the way back out to pick up two things of sauce, and then drive back home to put it on what would by then be COLD food! Are you kidding me?? NEVER going back to this location.
Horrible service . 20 minutes to be seated. 1 hour and 30 minutes to get our order . No soda refill. My son got spiced up but recommended by another waitress mango habanerro and no one comes to bring water. Ever coming back
If Selena happens to be your server, I highly recommend you ask for a new server. Her service was horrible. It wasn’t even busy during this time & she ignored us, brought the wrong drink, food, no napkins, never came back once after she took our order, I had to get up to ask for napkins, someone else brought me my food, and another person had to get my right drink. She prioritize other tables over ours. Worst experience at Buffalo Wild Wings

My experience tonight was so laughably bad, I just had to post. I gave two stars instead of just one bc the overworked staff was clearly trying their best. My order: two beers, queso, and 15 wings. The part of my order that was correct: one of the beers.For the other beer I cycled through no less than 4 beers from the menu with the poor server running back and forth each time to tell me it turns out they don't have them. Finally I gave up and ordered an 805. I was given an angry orchard. I sent it back and was then given a Lagunitas. I drank it because I felt bad. The wings were all the wrong sauce. Ate them anyway bc we had a baby who was getting fussy. The queso, instead of what was pictured on the menu, was this sad little paper bowl with some chips strewn on a tray. Not appetizing looking, but pretty good.
Wanted to pick up sauces so go to the take out side, no servers 8 ppl waiting. So walked in to the dine in side but the lovely person at the door said if you cannot wait to be served then you can leave after having waited for about 15 minutes with no one to serve the 8 ppl waiting to pick up their orders. Whilst Monday evening at the dine in there are about 3 families and 4 servers chatting and wasting time... better time management and utilizing your resources and treating your customers with a better attitude would be a great start
Seemed dramatically understaffed so takeout service was a bit slow. At one point there were 8+ people waiting to be helped and no one around to help. Food was good, just service was a bit slow
Service is hit or miss. On our last visit they had 1 server on a Sunday afternoon during football. We were told it would be a 40 minute wait to be seated bc they had 1 server. The bartender was working 3x as hard as everyone else and I truly felt bad for him. 1 person at to go orders, 1 hostess, and 2 other people maybe serving? Idk ??♀️ why have 2 people standing around when they could be helping to run food & drinks?We’ve had fantastic service in the past but ya just never know. Buffalo chicken tots were ok but had very little chicken.
Ate at the bar here and the cauliflower wings were amazing! The service was great too, even though the bartender was the only one and slammed with a full bar. The regular wings were just eh, we should have bought all cauliflower wings for how good they were. I got pickup here once and the food wasn’t great though, they forgot a couple sauces.
This place is ridiculous, and you really have to annoy me to get me to leave a review! We moved back from AZ about 18 months ago and coming from AZ we love Buffalo wild wings, they are everywhere there! We have given this place atleast half a dozen chances over the last year and a half but they always seem to surprise you and be worse/lazier than the last time you visted. I can sit here and go on and on but the last thing I'll say is this location is currently more fully staffed on a regular basis than the Bdubs that I went to in AZ for the last 5 years (pre-covid) and they can't get anything right... covid and the lack of employment is not an excuse for this establishment (which they post on their door frequently)
