We were refused service at 950 they said they closed and locked the doors hours of operation is until 10 pm we had 10 min.. Lazy workers ??
Really rude staff. I bought an ice cream cake for my birthday. Since it was my birthday, I thought "Why not get that free ice cream that's given to people on their birthdays since I'm already here?" So when I went back and asked, I was met with disgust, like they totally changed their attitude when it comes to giving free ice cream. I got the free ice cream scoop eventually but I was just spoken to so rudely and condescendingly. Geez, you're only nice when I spend $50 on your cake, but when it comes to redeeming one free ice cream scoop, you treat me so meanly and harshly. I guess you guys only care about the money.
The laziest workers I have ever met in an ice cream shop. They didn't want to fulfill and order for a DIY sundae kit and proceeded to direct me to the online order site (which takes over 24 hours to make the kit that actually takes 5 min to put together). If you are able to walk in to the store and order the same items as the kit and it takes less than 5 min you should be able to get a DIY sundae kit anytime you walk into the store. Pathetic training and management. Absolutely appalling customer service. There is zero excuse on why they couldn't have given the items for the kit.
Dear manager,Please update your hours. Your door sign says open until 10 and your Google listing says 9:30 and your employees say 9:00. Incredibly frustrating to see holiday hours that have clearly been printed out recently that are also wrong.
Closed more than 15 min before posted time. I understand cleaning up before closing, but the times should be adjusted if consistently closing early.
Forcing people to wear masks over a month after the mask mandated has been lifted. Im no longer coming here. Instead, ill be going to CREAM one block away where they have common sense.

Remodeling I guess means no milkshakes and no good cones? They just had the cheap kids cones. Only reason it’s not one star is because I feel bad for the employees. You can tell they were uncomfortable with the limited menu and they apologized to me.
Closed right at 9:36 when I was outside waiting my turn. I didn’t know scooping ice cream was so physically taxing that you absolutely need to shut down early. It just funny that’s all. Didn’t even bother to tell me they were closed they just shut the light for 20 sec and when I walk away the cut them back on . So funny that that job is so hard you can’t take one more customer . Baskin won’t earn my business ever.
