Impressed with the quality of the food, and all the lovely tastes and textures. Love the salads- so we have had the pickled ginger salad (which is not too gingery so don't worry), and the fermented tea leaf salad (do not let the picture on the website turn you off, try it, it's mild and savory). Love their sweet chili tofu topped with onions, tart mango, and cilantro. Love the lemongrass chicken. Can't wait to keep trying new things!
We went on a Friday around 5pm. It wasn't busy. Server was very attentive n friendly. We ordered tea leaf salad, scallop butter noodle and chicken biryani.We liked the salad and chicken dishes, but not too crazy about the noodle.Overall, good atmosphere and we will come back to try other dishes.
The very best of this restaurant is I really like the food and it tastes delicious and I cannot wait to go there again and I like it.
Trying to taste a bit of everything here. All of the food I've had has been delicious. The staff is kind and attentive. They now have a liquor license. Some really great cocktails on the menu
I am very critical in my tastes and smells when it comes to food. I've also judged alot of restaurants. So here goes. The place was small and quaint. For the size it looked like they spent a bit of money on ambiance and tableware, napkins, ect. In my opinion they should invest in a new cook. The jasmine rice, however, was spot on. The service was excellent. The food was nothing too brag about. Almost no flavor. We had the lemongrass pork and spicy beef noodles. I feel both needed way more flavor than what was in them. Not much lemon grass at all. While the spicy beef had a tiny bit of spicy with a sort of ketchup sweetness at the end. I'm wondering how long this business will actually last.
Absolutely delicious food. I'd like to try the entire menu, but I'm stuck on extra spicy Pumpkin chicken.
I wish I had taken a picture of my food because it was delicious, but I ate it too fast. Maybe next time lol. Best sesame chicken I've had in years. We go the palatha appetizer, spicy noodles, burmese style chicken biryani, and sesame chicken. All of them were fantastic and I'm drooling just thinking about them right now. The sesame chicken was the best I've had in years and I'm really picky about that dish because it's one of my favorites. The service was fantastic and they were so nice. The patio was a great experience and we can't wait till we go again. With three kids and not much in the way of babysitters, we will definitely be getting takeout from there in the meantime.
We really love this place. Everything is great and tastes fresh. The samosas are a bit different and smaller than we are used to but they are great and really flavorful. The fried rice is wonderful. Really enjoyed the sesame chicken. Definitely plan to continue to enjoy meals from Aung Burma!
Great service and great food. I have ordered from this restaurant several times and I'm never disappointed. They care about their customers and they serve quality food! It's great at home as well as dine in!
