The staff behavior was very bad. They literally don’t know how to talk with customers. If they don’t know hospitality and behavior with customers, they are in a wrong business.
Food was great tasting and affordable. Food was served quickly and there was complementary water and chai tea. Unsure if it was just me, but my mouth felt a bit dry an hour after my meal, although nothing we ordered was too salty.
I just moved to concord area and wanted to try out food from Anarkali. I am a south-east Asian food lover, I get takeout from Pakistani/Indian restaurant 1-2 times a week at minimum.This is probably ONE OF THE WORST Pakistani food in bay area. Food was tasteless, watery and stale. On top of that their takeout packing needs to improve big time. They packed Gulab jamun in paper take out container, one of those Chinese food take-out boxes. The sugary syrup ran from the box all into my food order making all the naan bread wet, lumpy, sweet and uneatable. It also made my papadam order go to waste because it was soaked in sweet syrup. Needless to say, we had to make a fast food run for late night dinner.This place is not even worth trying. Avoid and save your money people. I hope restaurant management takes a look at this review and brings improvement.
Absolutely worse food ever. Not tasty at all. Customer service poor! Worst of all the bathrooms are disgusting.
Me and my husband ordered lamb biryani and chicken tikka masala with Naan and their Chicken Tikka Masala was hella good and it was my first time trying it today..I’m definitely going back here.
I ordered $50.00 worth of food from Anarkali and I politely asked for some to go chutney, the owner or manager gives me one tiny container with an attitude, I wouldn’t have said anything about this but this is the second time that he has done this. It’s such a turn off to be treated this way. ;(
