Lots of options and the place was busy, so they must be doing something right. But we were disappointed with the bread selection. And the “blueberry” muffin was almost completely devoid of blueberries.Overall disappointed waiting in line for a plain muffin.
This bakery is great! A lot of yummy treats! The only thing is that they need to figure out a better configuration for their line situation. When it gets busy in there, it can get confusing & you won't know where to stand.
Taste ok. Some of the pastries were good but others not very tasty ?
I love 85 bakeries and was really excited for the concord location to open. The pastries were great and the drink I got was fine. However, it was really unappetizing when I bit into one of my cakes and found a long blue hair coming out of my cake… I know it’s a new location and things happen but cleanliness and sanitary measures should still be priority.
Tried it for the first time today and I am IMPRESSED!!!! It's sooooo good. The flavors and presentation of the cakes and desserts are amazing! Def going back and recommended to all!
A great addition to the willows shopping area, everything is clean and pastries are all pre-wrapped. It may seem like a small selection but take your time and really look at every shelf for something tasty. Indoor seating is still in the works but it's still a lovely place for affordable pastries
This place is amazing. Great baked goods at a wonderful price. Thought I would check it out and very glad I did! Everything I've had so far is amazing. Staff are friendly and professional.
Great to have this place opened here in Concord and hope it can keep the phase.Bakery was steaming hot fresh with great selection and director all this location cup stacking the shelves with freshly baked items.Place was still missing the furniture, however it was warm enough for all the customers to hang out inside and out.Nice, mid roast decaf served fast in original 85° cups.Overall would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
I really don’t understand the 1 star reviews. The rolls are great! Guys, this location is brand new. Having a new team learning to work together is hard. Give them time before leaving a 1 star review. This bakery is very good. I’m very excited to have a local location now.
Customer service could use more improvement. I had to repeat myself 3 times for the cashier to understand what I was saying. However I'm most disappointed on the pastries. The egg tarts packaged in 2 but they are charging by one. What if people only want one? Also they are so soggy after I got home. I tried to toast it back up hoping would be crunchy again, nope the crust ended up drenched in oil. Another item was the souffle cheesecake. I couldn't taste cheese at all but an eggy sponge cake. It was also pretty dense and not fluffy. I actually got pretty excited knowing there's a 85C close to me. I mostly will give it another chance but won't be getting those 2 items.
