I love Yoshinoya. The Compton location is a decent spot. It's usually clean and the staff are usually inviting. They have a lot more selection then the past and the variety will satisfy people of all walks of life.9/10 definitely recommend.
Expect to wait over 20min even of the place isn't busy. So many ppl waiting and nobody is eating
I waiting almost 25 minutes for my order and the cashier not pay attention to my name...she change my name....
Clean the service is so so and they didn't put enough sauce on my orange chicken. Limited type of payments. Nice looking store.
Man!! The girl name alexis is so rude, so impatient when i asked about the menu, and she drop my change and just said “oooops” not showing care. The same thing happen before, i guess she has a wrist problem cause she just tosses your change i stead of giving it to you.
Not good service not good manners at the time that i went for lunch ladys were rude, food ok good taste but service wrong...
I ordered tilapia for my wife and a girl from the back said there was no tilapia so I asked if they had everything else in the menu and she said yes so I called muy wife and change the order, paid for it and then somebody came from the back saying there was no beef nor the fried chicken that I just ordered so I asked if they could cook more since they said a minute ago the only thing missing was the tilapia and they said no, which is unacceptable since I just changed my order pay for the second one and there is still 45 minutes to closing time so I had to cancel my order and I'm not coming back!
Had the worst experience with the manager named Brenda, the way she deals with customers she is rude and unprofessional. I ordered three plates with salad when I got home the salads went bad so i went back to the restaurant which I live a minute away told her my problem she just looked at me and said "what you want me to do about it". I told her make me a new salad or make me a new plate I spent over $30. Aggressively she grab the plates and just threw them in the trash and the whole time she was making a new plate she had her attitude. When the other manager used to worked there she was nicer and kinder to her customers, I believe her name was Martha.
Yoshinoya it's a very good place to eat healthy people behind the counter on this place is great helpful I've been there one time but I will come back
