Messed up my order!!! Drove back and the manager was rude with no interpersonal skills ? to resolving matters.
RUDE A$$ MANAGER ! FIRST THEY MESSED UP ON MY ORDER THEY SHORTED ME SOME WINGS AND SHE WAS RUDE ABOUT IT. BUT SHE WAS GOING TO MAKE MY MISSING WINGS.. BUT IT WAS GOING TO TAKE 5 - 10 MINS. SO I SAID OK COOL.. AND I TOLD HER SO FOR MY INCONVENIENCE CAN I HAVE A SIDE OF RANCH DRESSING. SHE WAS SO RUDE AND SAID NO. AND IN THE TONE OF HER VOICE SHE MADE IT SEEM LIKE SHE WAS DOING ME A FAVOR.. SO I TOLD HER THEN CANCEL MY ORDER AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK ! AND WITH A RUDE VOICE SHE WAS LIKE OK. I SAID TO HER REALLY YOUR GOING TO CANCEL A ORDER THAT YOU GUYS MESSED UP ON BECAUSE YOU DONT WANT TO GIVE A SIDE OF RANCH.. AND SHE SAID YUP...!!! WHAT A BEE-ATCH.. SO I WENT ALONG WITH THE CANCELLED ORDER... AND LEFT !
Usually quick service wings are always on point only thing is the orange szechuan need to come back for longer

Was eating my fries and found this bug thing
The past two times I’ve ordered online they’ve completely f-ed up my order. Ordered a 40pc and was only given 20. I Wasn’t offered a refund the manager only gave me 30 days to pick up the other 20 wings. The last time I ordered online delivery I was given the wrong order. I called the store and they said my order was still in the store and that it was an error on their part because they handed the delivery driver the wrong order. The manager told me I could go pick up my original order that night but could not refund me the delivery charge ($10) because I was allowed to keep the food I was incorrectly delivered (which I was not planning on eating so it was going in the trash). Do yourself a favor and go to another store. The management here needs to be fired.
Worst wing stop ever!!! The wait time is ridiculous. The lemon pepper boneless wings were extremely salty that I ended up throwing them away, in addition to been soaking in oil in the box. I literally had to squeeze the oil out of each wing and try to remove the salt too. Never again buying at this location.
Worst wingstop ever they are not very attentive they gave me my order wrong and so did they for three other customers and with such an attitude.
LOVE IT.
Took a little longer to get the food but no big deal. Their printer was broken and it was very busy. I think they handled it well. When I got my food it was fresh and high quality.
