Been coming for lunch for some time now but not anymore. Some woman kept coughing inside and walking around so me other customers have to handle it while the workers didn't do anything. Order was not accurate and didn't get any syrup for my boss's pancake plate(we literally seen the woman filling up syrup as we walked in) A sea of ranch, shredded lettuce with sliced veg is not a salad. Jumbo shrimp plate was awful stick to a glass of water
The girl at the window got my order wrong, I asked Grilled Cheese with Bacon and Eggs she asked me 3 times. I was given a BLT, I'm just saying LISTEN!!!!!!!!!!!
Staff is very vert rude. I only wanted a bun with dressings.. 4dollars.!!!! I wanted to understand the cost but staff was just so rude I didn't even ask any more questions. Was good tho. Fries were salty and pancakes were super thick
Very poor customer service. The cashier acted like I was bothering her by being here. The dining room was also dirty. I Definitely will not be coming back here again.
5 stars on the food we ordered; double bacon burger, steak quesadilla, BLT sandwich, were all solid in quality and taste. There is the post COVID prices that will get you wanting a value meal. Less stars on the dining area, it's really old and run down, but it has been here quite a long time.
The food was alright, I did not think any of items I purchased were actually worth the price. The double burger and pastrami chili cheese fries is what I got. My pastrami was dried out so it didn't taste that good. The double burger had little flavoring on the patty and they didn't put enough sauce on the burger. Would not recommend.

I have not been to this specific location. I've passed by it literally hundreds of times. I never noticed the sign. I typically go to the location at Palmer/Alameda or the site on Long Beach Blvd in Lynwood. Good enough joint, when you're hungry. I prefer Loui's Burger II, at Rosecrans & Bullis, though.
Not the original Tam's, the chili for the chili cheese fries taste like hormel chili, they wouldn't give me a refill because of covid but yet the cashier touched the money and without washing her hands she served the drinks graved utensils, chili peppers.
Ordered through uber eats. When order was delivered everything was wrong burger wasnt made as i requested. Fries were ridiculously hard and cold. Called the restaurant and was told to go in with the food to get a new order. Went to the restaurant thru the drive thru. When my order was given to me AGAIN it was wrong this time they had given me someone elses order.. went inside the restaurant something i was trying to avoid (thats why i ordered delivery) when i went inside telling them my order was WRONG AGAIN they said they’d remake it AGAIN. Ask to speak to a manager was told there wasnt any until and hour (no manager? Whos running the place?) while speaking to the manager i asked what was going to go on with my delivery fee since i did pay for delivery and i HAD to go to the restaurant to fix THEIR mistake. I was told i could only get a free meal but not get refunded for the delivery… was told to get my money back from uber (wasn’t their fault why should i ask them for my money back) anyways they didnt help me at all they were rude & mind you i wasnt the only customer in there asking for a manager because the wrong order was received. Never going back their horrible horrible service.
