They are not a gluten free restaurant, as advertised. They have standard mexican, gluten free options as well as steamed rice and some vegetables. They food they do have, is presented very nicely and is delicious! It turned out, to be worth the drive.
Exceptional service, giant menu and a TON of vegan food. Everything tasted delicious and flavorful. The only negative is how much plastic they use (Styrofoam containers, plastic bag, etc). Such a great spot, I would recommend to vegans looking for great Chinese food and anyone looking for good food in general. Staff was also super nice and friendly. Will def go again!Also my 3 entree option lasted me for 4 meals, so great price for the value.
Really delicious, flavorful vegan food. Been coming here for years and it never disappoints! One of my favorite spots to order takeout from. The crew who works here always gives great customer service. I always get the vegan chow mein and vegan black pepper. I highly recommend this place to all you vegans!!

Me and my friend was out and we won at Chinese for you and I left looked on the Internet and found that place I said let’s give them a try. We drove by there ordered the food arrived it was delicious presented very well them in the to go order was very nice courteous it was overall a good experience experience
This place is a hidden gem! I accidentally ordered vegan and was mid way through my entree and didn’t even notice haha so good! Definitely will order regular meat next time to try and the place was clean so I’ll definitely be coming back!
The best vegan restaurant I have ever been to! They have parking right in front and they are very patient and can answer questions in English and Spanish! You can even pick up the food and call ahead. They gave us these awesome fortune cookies that made us think deep questions. They even brought us our plates and drinks and later came to check if everything was alright. Definitely will be back with family in the future!

The Sunny Express was a pleasure to eat at. From the moment the food was brought to me I could tell it wasn't average. Adolfo the owner showes his skill by providing a quality breakfast and how he prepares it.. The ingredients were fresh and cooked with care. I had the French toast and it wasn't the normal French toast, it was topped with fresh fruit and was already perfectly sweet. I didn't even need syrup it was that well balanced. Hat off to this place for showing me there are still places that care about the food they serve people. Thank you
Rio was so patient with us when we were trying to place our order. This was our first time trying their vegan food. We loved the jackfruit taquitos. The orange nuggets were delicious also. I can't wait to go back to try more of their vegan Mexican food.
