The worst service I ever got the guy told me the toast doesn't work and when other people came and order the toast works for them the sandwiches weren't good
I can't think of a time where I was disappointed in service from a restaurant as much as this. The manager, Lara, was very, very rude, despite my being polite since I walked in. She looked at me with such consternation and continued to treat me rudely, when I needed explanation on a current promo that I was trying to figure out calmly. There is just no excuse for this type of treatment when the customer is being polite. Also, the toaster was not working. No surprise I ended up not ordering anything because they didn't honor the promo. I don't think I've ever left a restaurant not ordering due to awful treatment from the staff.
My order was perfect. I had some complicated sandwiches my server didn't miss a beat. They were perfect.
Can yall have more than 2 people working ! Waited over 30mins to order 1 sandwich. Stop being cheap and have more workers on this shift !

My assistant was the young lady who was new she was a little nervous but she was so sweet very very nice and I just it was a great experience
I had already paid for my food when I saw all these flies, even dead ones on the meats! I was embarrassed to ask for my money back but I’m never going there again. They’re too lazy and careless to remove the dead flies from where the food is imagine all the other things they don’t care to clean! Also are they spraying those flies on top of the meats ? Why are they just laying there near the food! Anyways I was disgusted and although it’s the subway nearest to my home, I won’t be eating from there again.
They allow a woman to cut me in line. I go every day for lunch and now I will never go back.
