I’m very disappointed with the employees at this Starbucks. We were in line for what seemed about 40 minutes, waiting to order and not one employee let the cars in front of me or behind that they were closed. mind you we came through drive through at around 9 and when we got to the window we were just ignored. I tried letting the cars behind me know we were closed when I should’ve even HAVE TO. That needs to be better taken care of.
Bad review cause I order on the app and when I got their they had a sign saying mobile orders pick up time only from 8am-3pm and you had to go through the drive thru to pick up so what's the point in ordering through the app they should put it in the app that detail when you choose the store location now I have to go thru the hassel for my refund

I never have to wait more than 15 even during rush hour the most I have waited is about 15 mins or less. The service is always fast and friendly.
I wasted 35 minutes with 8 more cars in the walk tru líne yesterday and no body let us knows they were close, when I was in front of the Window they ignore me and finally one of them toldme very rude that they were close, very dissapointed,
