Not enough Electrical plugs As An entrepreneur I am always engage in meetings came in with Some clients we sat down we had to cancel our order because we would needed to be connected for sometime, I ask why there are few plug and I was told per Store supervisor They remove them to keep in less customer dinning in we soon have to recommend other places to conduct meetings or work ,
They provided my order and it appears ordering pup cups was an issue. The barista appeared young minded or lacked courtesy as she said aloud "Are you serious‽" Well I guess a customer buying their order including some free pup cups should be fine. I thought. I felt offended in a way and then for her to get her supervisor because of her lapsed judgment. The barista said one thing and the manager said the opposite which I can see inconsistencies. I was so frustrated that I asked for my funds back and went to my favorite customer service friendly Starbucks ?
Place my order online everything was correct and ready when I got there thank you.
They messed up on my order today on 12/19/21 I really wanted the pink strawberry drink but got a mango dragon fruit. I dislike that drink because it taste like Gatorade. However, they’re very kind and I know they would’ve fixed my order but it’s too bad I drove off without making sure. I will be checking my order before driving off so I hope the employees have patience because I will check throughly.
I make a living delivering food . Every time I have gone for a pickup it's never ready. When I go ask they seem to get annoyed and they tell me when it's ready we'll put it on the table, which is a lie because I've gone several times and I see them finish an order and then move on to the next and so on. This morning I waited for 20 mins on an order and I Finally went to asked and they had it ready already along with several more but never put it on the table. I went in for a 2nd time today. I arrived at 11:42am and the order wasn't ready, Finally at 12:20pm they handed me the order and only because I asked for it. I made a comment about how I waited over 30 minutes for this order that they should work on them faster and the guy just giggled and said ok we'll work faster, have a nice day. But with a tone you know he doesn't mean it.
