If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible tasting pizza the marinara was already bad. Who would send expired marinara. How am I suppose to trust a place to doesn’t keep up with their products? I spent $40 dollars just to throw out the food. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one. Then I pay tip ahead they still make you walk to the street.
I bought two pizzas today. One of them was Hawaiian And once i tooked a bite i felt a hair in my mouth And it was like under its melted cheese and pepperoni so ill say whoever made the pizza hair fell in . I recommend pizza loca to make the employees were something over their hair.Also a month ago i bought a meatball pizza & it smell and tasted bad... I love buying the pizza but they need to work more better on the employees
My wife when to this store and at the counter it was this lady call Alondra I don’t know what it was her problem but she was very rud to me without a reason a don’t understand how they can have a person in the front working with costumers and the way that she treats me it was not right
Maribel was very rude when I made my order, I thought it was just against me but another customer came in asking what kind of pizza she would recommend and she said she had no idea in a very rude way. Then he asked about the veggie pizza and what did it include she said very sarcastically “vegetables”. These are the kind of moments when employees need to promote any kind of good customer service or products and she just left the customer with no clue on what is good to eat here. She has to be let known by her superiors on how her behavior is not friendly or helpful at all! Also I did not see her wearing a Pizza Loca shirt or hair net.
