came here to eat some breakfast and coffee with family they made me wait 30 minutes just for one meal and gave me 2 sodas when I asked for two coffees they said I already ordered soda and that I needed to order my coffee again, got the coffee just with one creamer and one sugar, my pancakes just with one honey. if you are getting things for your food at least give more than one
I’m gonna give you guys 4 star for the yummiest and flavored chili cheese fries. But please stop using styrofoam/ foam trays. Every time food the boxes have a hole from the foam melting to my food. So please please would love for you to consider another kind of trays for our food. ???
The chunky beef burrito is so good. Chili cheese fries, Patty Melt w/Avacado, Hot Pastrami sandwich, The Fried Chicken dinner....i could keep going. So many good choices to choose from at this Southern California Compton staple. Good food for the last 20+ years me and family have been coming here.
They got my order wrong and I couldn't get a refund because of their policy. I waited in a long line to get what I ordered. I didn't get that. I had to drive all the way back there and get back in another long line. It was a waste of my time. I asked for a refund because they would have to recook my food because it would be cold. If you get my order wrong and don't give me what I pay for, then I have a right to a refund. I wasted my time and wasted my money. I normally don't have that problem here; they could of taken a percentage off of my order or something, especially with me being a regular. Never ordering from here again.
Forget your diet if you are going to Louis'. This is not for those on a diet or a vegan. They have the best greasy chili cheese burgers and fries in town. They are so tasty. The place does not look like much, but it is clean and the service is very nice. You can go through their drive thru, eat there, take away from the counter or have a third party company pick up. Everything is good. They also have great sandwiches like, pastrami, ham and cheese, chicken breast, and turkey. They even have melts and they are great. You will like everything here. Have a great time.
I'm here for the Zucchini fries with ranch everytime. I can't eat this food often like 3 times a year. Very greasy. Brings me back to childhood grabbing a burger n fries after school. They don't hv a large vegetarian menu so not my go to spot. But smells good In there.
Quality seems to be consistent. For a fast food place at least. It gets busy though. Denver omelet is my fave. Aside from the burg of course. Come hungry. Big portions.
This place looked so good to eat! To bad we could not get past the front disgruntled middled old age woman working the cashier. We understand that this place does not provide combos and sells each item individually. We then ordered a burger, fries, and drink for my boyfriend. I wanted chicken strips, fries, and a drink. She later explained that chicken strips do come with fries, Awesome! But she did not seem to comprehend that we just wanted a total of 2 fries. She kept insisting that we are ordering a 3rd fry, when we were just wanted a total of 2 fries, 2 drinks, and our entrees. Whatever she needed ring up to make that happen is solely her responsibility. She was very aggressive and had no to filter to keep her snarly attitude to herself. Food industry ? Customer service? Maybe a different career route ? With all respect to my elders, adult school sounds like a great opportunity.
As a Norcal native, whenever I go to SoCal, this place is a must visit. I grew up going every summer to order the Colossal Burger at this burger joint, & every time I go it exceeds my expectations. SoCal burger joints are the best in the world.
