Stop changing the recipe. Hire presentable people who practice good hygiene habits presentation is everything when serving food to the public and lower the amount of cooks. Too many cooks will stir things up in the kitchen
I'm a person that loves good bar b que and I will go wherever it's located to get it and I can truly co sign Johnson bar b que and when I have the taste for some good bar b que I head to Johnsons and I'm in Palmdale.

The food was good the rib tips were very juicy the hot links bomb they were juicy I had the macaroni and cheese and the baked beans I like them next time I try to potato salad if you have never tried this place y'all you better try their barbecue fire
Terrible it use to be the best but I don't know who cooking now they should get the old cook back.... I also bought some cookie pound cake it was the hardest driest cake I EVER had in my life I ended up giving my food to my dogs and she wouldn't eat it eaither... and that's the turth...

I was looking for BBQ on Super Bowl Sunday and I saw that they were open. So I started to read the reviews. I can Truly say that I was impressed. We got the Rib-Tips, ribs and Tri-Tip and all of the meat was very tender. I won't knock the potato salad or beans they were descent because your never going to find anything like Mommy's homemade potato and beans with brown sugar added. Over all there meat was tasty and tender and I will be going back.
We were in the area and looking for some good BBQ so I started to Google and this location came up. After reading all of the reviews and looking at pictures we decided that this was the place. So glad we made that decision! I'm not sure if you can call ahead but if you can that's a great option so when you arrive you can pay and pick up your food. It's a walk up spot, no seating of any kind so we ate in the car. The area was decent we didn't feel like anything was going to pop off, there's parking curbside if you can get it and a parking lot in the back. Not sure what this may look like on a Sunday since it's next to a church. I ordered the rib tip (mild sauce) dinner with Mac and cheese and baked beans. Sorry pics next time I was quite hungry and forgot lol. They told me it would be 20-25 min before it was ready. Timing was right we picked up and headed back to the car. I opened the container with the rib tips and it was glistening with sauce, mmmmm they were tender and seasoned. Both sides were very tasty and hot. I have found my new BBQ spot in Compton! On my next visit I promise to take pics, and try something new.....see you soon Johnson Brothers ?

Ordered through door dash was very nervous bcuz most of the bbq I get is too tough or taste nothing like bbq smoked, took a chance ordered rib tips and they were tender and delicious. I got a side of potato salad yum. Very good customer service I found my new go to bbq place. - star no bread.
