The order was placed online. To be ready as soon as possible. I arrived, waited 15 minutes for any one of the employees to attend me or at least ask if I needed help. When I was finally asked, she said it would be ready until 1pm in which the order stated as soon as possible. Now the order was placed at 11:44 am, I arrived at 12:05pm, and was asked if I needed help at 12:20pm. Waited another 10 minutes and I asked again if my order was ready and another employee without not even a smile, said “need two more sandwiches”. Okay I waited and to make a story short I was going to be given three boxes of sandwiches by error, wrong order, my order was no where to be found. It vanished and lunch was over!!?
I stop by Sunday morning at Jersey Mike's on Alameda and Compton the sign says open I come up there's no schedules there what days are open there's a young lady there working I knocked on the door I don't do sign language she could have come up to the door she don't have to open the door but if she speaks to me and tell me oh let me turn off the sign that says open let me turn it off so I won't confuse people and make them waste your time over here the lady looks like she's not career happy not my fault not my fault that the sign says open should have never been on this is misleading at least put a schedule on the door so I won't have to knock and have the lady come up to the door just to communicate with me because there's a lack of communication have a nice day
The credit card reader was half broken so my card can't be accepted so I didbt get to spend 50$ on sandwiches. We went and had El pollo loco instead there credit card reader was working and spent 40$ for the family .
Ordered through Uber eats. I ordered two sandwiches with two drinks and two chips. Had to eat my sandwich without a drink and chips. It's not like I can drive to ask for the missing items, otherwise I would be paying for delivery. I think they should be especially careful with deliveries because the customers can't do anything about missing items.

I’ve been here about three times and the staff is really rude . Never a pleasant experience. The skinny guy with glasses is so rude.
Pretty pricey subs but at least service was friendly and food solid.
Love the sandwiches here. Simple menu, great fresh ingredients. Warm toasted subs.

Ordered a tuna sandwich. Took 3 bites before I had any tuna. You guys charge enough. I should be able to taste tuna within my first bite. Will not be visiting this store any longer.
