Zero stars should really be an option this place is horrible I placed and order like 30 minutes ago I come pick it up and no one is answering the Phones they hang up and I have to call again just to wait on the phone again and no answer.So I decided to walk in and ask for my order the girl in the front says my order isn’t ready yet and that I’ll have to wait for another 35 minutes, so I ask why if I’ve been waiting already so just cancel my order because I am not waiting any longer, Her customer service needs work her answer was I don’t care and her attitude over all the worst, where is the management in this place because they need to hire better people with actual knowledge on how to go about certain situations, this place needs a new hire in the front desk!
Curbside pickup is trash.. you are asked to let them know when you are coming, when you get here.. you even get to choose a pick up time... But does this provide any kinds of efficiencies absolutely not.
The food was delicious and the service was nice ?
Didn't have to wait to be seated and the service was okay. The good very good. The only thing it's that it doesn't seem to be distance from table to table due to covid and i felt unsecured about it.
They need to take off items they can't no longer offer. It was a slow day. My dad and I was able to go in order, relieve and eat in no time. They no longer offer healthy items for alternative.
I got food poisoning from this ihop.I ordered the Strawberry Banana French toast special.I'm better today but yesterday I had to leave work because of this.Service was the best thing about this ihop.
Unfortunately not every place is uniform like it should be. This place was such a big disappointment and let down compared to other locations I've been to. If you have never been to a ihop before this location will try to trick you into buying the most expensive items on the menu and will only give you the menu with the better cheap deals they have to offer only if you know and ask for it. The service was really sad both by the manager and our server who never gave us or offered refills on our drinks and only gave us some small packets of old fashioned syrup and never offered the other good flavors they carry like blue berry or strawberry etc.. till we asked for them and then brought us little clear small containers since they didn't even have the pitchers of different flavored syrups that usually every other ihop locations carry. Just because this place isn't located in the best location doesn't mean the service and customer service and deals should be so bad. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this location. Thanks

The service was really lousy we had to ask for water, condiments, containers, and our food to be warmed up more than twice. We also had to ask more than 1 staff member to accommodate us. The waitress had the Audacity to ask us did we need change back after we paid didn't even wait for us to offer a tip which by the way I felt it was very unprofessional I would never come here to this location again!
