This location is ridiculous. They provide a service to the community that we appreciate which is excepting EBT. The problem is that they are not properly staffed at all. Since they don’t have staff the community suffers. Those of us that are underprivileged and are unable to o expose ourselves to your delicious meals without the benefit of EBT go without. These actions are borderline discriminatory and I am going to address the city of Compton with my concerns Please do not visit this establishment hoping to eat on EBT because they apparently do not offer those services.Thank youRonnie J

I must say disappointing but let's face it El Pollo Loco how much excitement when do items should there really be in this case I went with the birria tacos, well I'll say the tacos were okay on a scale of 1 to 10 I'll give him a three maybe four on the other hand the consomme literally tasted like enchilada sauce and the fact that they give you a cup and it's only filled up a quarter of the way makes it even worse
Couldn't find my app order. Offered a drink for the inconvenience when my food already. Very unknowledgable. Was ignored when I suggested a dessert or taco instead. Just ugh!
Experience was average. They are always our of salsa. Has a 60+ dollar order and only gave 3 little half empty cups of salsa step it up Pollo Loco.

Ordered online at 8:00 pm and went to pick up and the place was closed! I try to cancel online and it says to call the store. I call the store and no one picks up. The order says completed and they charged my account! I just want my money back. I will be contacting corporate.Update: Still waiting on my refund after 3 weeks. I’ve called them 3 times and have spoke to 3 different people one of them which was Manager “Gustavo”. I’m just getting the run around and corporate isn’t much help either. Honestly just stay away from this place.
They were playing with the drive through, but my food was hot. They did however not give me my flour tortillas.???

I went to el pollo for my dinner so , post on cashier’s window say No EBT . Almost about 3 months since . My assuming that they have no longer for EBT. Thank you a lot for ghetto in Compton; bad attitude or cussing or money back during user the EBT. They like messed for service the orders. They have no interest with EBT card . That learn a lesson that. I seen that few time happened in el pollo . So take it somewhere else available for EBT in Compton .
