El pollo loco is pretty good but this specific spot is awful due to its employees. They couldn't be any less interested in working it's actually pretty nuts they even got the job. I get it, I don't want to sit here and talk about my day or yours but I do ask for respect as a customer not to get mad dogged by the short cook after I ask why a small family order isn't ready after 25 minutes in an empty location beside 2 cars. Take the blame you weren't prepared and the customer gotta wait just explain that.

Never order online from this store they’re always out of something you ordered, then you can’t get a refund because you already paid online. It’s such a shitshow. They need to fix the app. On the other hand the fella helping me was really pleasant and helpful as he could be. My food was hot and tasty.
They gave me the most nasty burn chicken ever. Come on Pollo Loco.
I ordered a 12 piece meal and only got 7 pieces. I keep trying to call but I get no answer.
I gave this location a three because they didn't have chicken breast for the pollo bowl and they didn't have taquitos for the salad. Customer service was ok.
At the drive thru for like 25 mins and they had a small piece of paper saying that they close at 8:30 when it's says that they close at 10pm what a waste of time at least there should be an employee telling us that they are closing what a disappointment
Omg, what a disgrace of a restaurant. Time was appropriately six p.m. went here for dinner. Ordered 2 meals. The chicken was extremely dry like if it had been sitting out in the open all day long. How can this be served to customers?. It goes to show that management is not doing their job when it comes to quality control. The dining area was thrashed. I regret not asking for a full refund on the spot.
I usually go to El Pollo Loco 2 or 3x a week. It's healthy and good as he**. I just wish they served pozole all year long, not just seasonal. I usually have to drive to Northgate Market located in LA to get it. Smh, menudo is every where every day. Pozole should be as well.
All pollo locos have gone downhill in my opinion. I know it might not be their fault because the work force has hurt them but at times I've gone and they say they don't have any chicken at this time. All you make is chicken, how can you not have any chicken cooked???
