I ordered through postmates. I was able to order right before they closed. I was a bit disappointed in my order. The food was delicious don't get me wrong but I didn't receive everything I ordered. I ordered extra bbq and extra pickles didn't get anything. I ordered Patato salad and receive macaroni salad instead.

I ordered the Jalapeño cheese sausage and was given old meat. It was dry and very crunchy. I would've preferred to get something else!

I ordered the brisket classic sandwich plate sliced brisket. Green beans with onion and bacon and jalapeño beans. I received chipped beef with two plain green beans. I also ordered a chicken breast sandwich with fries and a chocolate chunk cookie. The fries were slighly warm and there was no cookie.

I have no complaints about this location. However I will advise the manager, to make sure that the employees are keeping the soda machines stocked with soda. I literally just left and the only thing that I could get to drink was water or Coke; I didn’t want neither one of the choices!

I got there just adter 8:30 p.m. They're supposed to be open until 9 p.m., but don't tell them that's supposed to include the dining room - They close that at 8 p.m.I had ordered a SLICED beef brisket classic sandwich on the app. Since the dining room was already closed, I took it to my car and started eating it. About 3/4 of the way through the sandwich (which went very quickly - those sandwiches are NOT big), i realized that it didn't have the taste/consistency it was supposed to. They had used CHOPPED brisket instead pf SLICED.Livid, I took it back inside and showed them. Rather than even apologize or do anything to right the situation, they said that I had eaten the majority of the sandwich and left the restaurant, that they weren't going to do anything about it!!They've been nice about some other things, but this is the last straw! I'll simply have to leave home earlier and payrinize another Dickey's location where they actually care about doing things right by their customers!All Dickey's locations are supposed to be open until 9 p.m., INCLUDING the dining rooms. How dare they use the fact that I left the restaurant against me????? And any restaurant that cares about the customer certainly wouldn't have treated me the way this ine did, even though I had eaten most of the sandwich.I recommend finding a different Dickey's location, not this one.

I ordered a 10 peice wing with fries and Diet Coke. My fries were stale I didn't receive any Blue cheese or blue crumbles nor did I receive a Diet Coke. How do you mess up my whole order. Food was nasty please save yourself the trouble and do not order from them. They are on UberEats as Wing Boss.

This place is the bomb! I recommend it to everyone! Thanks for the excellent above and beyond customer service! All of you guys are great ! Definitely going back! Thanks to the missy on the register!

very rude workers there and the supervisor was also very rude my order was cancelled twice through third-party I did storm inside the restaurant and asking why because Dickies told me that they disconnect their phones that's why I was so upset because I had to get dressed at 8:30 at night to see what was going on if their phones would have been on all of this would have been avoided but they told me that they disconnect their phones very bad service you had two workers that didn't know what to do a so-called manager didn't care poor service I rather go to the one in Long Beach or Lakewood or Downey here I am trying to put money in Compton and it's not even worth it the worst experience ever and this was my first time eating or going to be eating at Dickey's here in Compton and this was my experience I have already put this out on Facebook I've already called corporate about the three workers very very rude and they did not apologize they seem like they did not care so my next step will be getting in touch with the owners that owns that location

Good customer service, fresh food and good experience over all

The food that I did receive what's good I like the sweet barbecue sauce . Not a happy customer here. I want to start with the fact that they are a barbecue house that does not serve rib tips. The ribs they serve appear to be pork spare ribs which are much cheaper than pork baby back ribs. But yet you're being charged the rate as if they were baby back ribs. And they don't have as much meat one of them is baby back so they definitely shouldn't cost the same. Be careful because some places actually charge you more for spare ribs when they should not. My first visit I didn't like the customer service. When I went the first time I just bought ribs. I will only went back the second time to see if they had rib tips and of course they did not and out of all the sides they have I feel it needs to be more options.
