The Caucasians guy / big boy man child that works there now, is a racist and a liar! He lied and said that the ebt machine wasn’t working. After I started recording him, for not putting a sign up stating that it’s not working like normal companies, he said he didn’t have to put a sign up” and closed the window rudely. I waved for help, & Seconds later the sweet Hispanic girls came over and swiped my ebt card. Wowwww I couldn’t believe he literally lied. WHERES THE HR MANAGER?!! Definitely calling corporate.

Appalled! 0 stars for the old fries.We just cooked them. Umm, then why are they cold? Did you clean the tray before you dumped the new batch? Asked for a refund? He returned $3.02( I thought it was more, but I checked. Appears to be correct. They're out of thermal paper, unable to provide a receipt. I decided to return the order. He told me he could not refund the entire order because I ate some of it. Two bites is not eating some of the items in the bag. He returned $17, and change. A chicken roller costs a dollar before tax. He said, "I ate more of the items in the bag. Here's the bag; checked( He doesn't take the bag). He makes it seem as if I parked and started eating everything I bought. No sir, the order and the refund took longer, which is why I pulled out the chicken roller.Just remembered, he gave me coins because he said he didn't have any dollar bills but when he returned my money, he gave me dollar bills.He returned to the window so I could get his name . I'll give you a star for that.Oh! I was not surprised that the manager was not in.Out of all th Del's that I have visited, this is the one I liked the best. I WILL NOT BE BACK! DONE WITH THIS FRANCHISE

Ordered online and walked 20 minutes from hotel to pick up order. The lights were on but they were closed. I called the next day to ask for refund and they said they cannot give refunds.As of today 02/21/22 I still cannot get ahold of anybody to discuss a refund. They do not answer the phone. Very poor management and the franchise should have higher standards! I guess I will have to dispute the charge.

I ordered 2 tacos. Wrong tacos. I took one out of the bag and only asked to exchange the one in the bag. They gave me the wrong soda, No apologies of any sort. rude. These new hires doesn't make sense

I miss the turkey tacos. They had such a great flavor. Please bring them back

Last night I got a macho combo burrito meal, the food was lit the soda had no flavor please people check your drinks, had to pour it out.

I had my order given wrong but the management company gave me a coupon to come back and this time everything was great. Good fresh food. Definitely coming back!

I was truly dissappointed with the food. I have frequented this location and I have never had food that was not good. It was cold and the soda was flat. I believe my food was prepared way before I got to the drive thru window.

The service is slow they forgot to put the eggs in our bag had to go back just. The same as other Del Tacos

This place said it was 24 hours but for some reason they felt it was smart to put The close at the Drive thru window instead of the order screen need to atleast put it at multiple locations or put cones at the drive thru.
