Went on a Saturday you could not go in and order your food try to order in the Drive-Thru but I was told and the person that the window was very rude and Ill mannered I was told you have to have a car to order food a woman in a car she had to order my food I like churches but this is not the first time that I had problems ordering on the weekend very disappointed in the rudeness of the people that work there
Worst place ever they are rude to you here I ordered chicken that said it came with 3L sides or 2L sides & 6 biscuits so I choose the second one and they argue with me about the biscuits not being includes even though it said there 2L SIDES & 6 BISCUITS so I said okay whatever then when I left I saw he had gave me the biscuits but he only gave me 5 also they make people wait on purpose I herd them saying "let them wait" I'm definitely calling corporate.
Good fried chicken on Friday night with the cold beer by your side. But the workers work there they're retarded rude.
I really hate to leave only 3 stars, but that really is a gift. I was so looking forward to Church's. it is a chain and most of them are super. Sadly, this one fails. The drive thru can take up to 35 minutes to get to the speaker and that is not when it is crowded. After that you will wait a very long time for your food and please check your food, because ours was wrong and that was not fun. We ordered all white meat box, we got all dark meat, we ordered mac and cheese, it was so dry, it was not something we could eat. The biscuits were good and we liked those. The staff seems to be miserable and they show it. They don't seem to want to listen as you place your order. I will go back and give this one another try, but they really need to get it together.
Jose works here and he is one of the best team members that church’s has, everything was on point from the drive up to the order someone need to give him a raise because he is out of this world with his service bravo my friend keep up the good work
Need to work on a lot here. Maybe need new manager or something of the sort.
