Today was not a good day to have lunch at this Chipotle. By the time we got to the front, the white rice was more or less scraps at the bottom of the barrel. Guy practically scraped some rice for my bowl, then walked over to the other side to get fresh rice I suppose. The grill behind him hadn't been scraped clean in over a million years (I exagerrate) but it was full of burnt stuff on it. There were 3 people working and a line to the door was behind me. The chips were stale and rubbery. By that point it wasn't worth the effort to complain.
First time going into this location. We arrived at 8:32pm. At first I thought they closed at 9pm, because the guy in the front gave me a look like they were about to close. Asked for a burrito and quesdailla and was told quesadillas were only an online item ? first time I've ever heard that from a Chipotle (which I almost took out my phone and ordered it infront of him, I was tired for all of that)... then I asked for lettuce and they were out, so he asked if the salad one would be ok, I replied it was fine. When I asked if they had Guac, he replied with, no. This was the reason I came in. We wanted Guac and chips. I'm big on customer service . I guess what upset me the most was the fact that when I looked up the hours (after I got home) I realized they close at 10pm.
I have been visiting for weeks during lunch, today I was refused a water cup because the young female manager said, they ran out. The young new kid at the register said buy a cup! I was not buying a cup for only water, they refused to give their names… won’t ever do business ever again!
Order meals for my staff here recently cause my staff was craving burrito from chipotle. Didn't recall ordering kids meals because each of the burrito was only half it's regular size. Greatly disappointed. If you can't handle a big order then don't even try instead of providing a below than average products to your consumers. Oh and I wrote to Chipotle about this incident and they offer a BOGO burrito that expire in 30 DAYS?!! Thanks but no thanks. B.S. service and B.S. response. If this is the direction that Chipotle is heading then I can already smell it's demise.
Love this chipotle! Great customer service everytime.
Nice place, but they ran out of corn and that is what gives the chicken bowl life.

Store was dirty,tables,food on the floor,then our food was not hot and my chips were stale,not a good look or taste,gave it to a homeless person..
