Never would I come to this place again. Bought my self and my family Sunday dinner after a long day. When we were about to sit and eat as a happy family. I opened my big carls bag and noticed I was missing a chicken sandwich that was for my little boy btw. Even with these high gas prices I managed to drive back to Carls Jr from home just to make my boy happy. Thanks for ruining the day carls P.S check your bag before you leave from this Carls Jr guys.
The drive thru is awesome. I never wait very long.

Was out of several things...like drink cups?? Who do you not have cups in stock? Was smart & final closed? Drive thru service was extremely slow... Spent 20 minutes in DT with only 4 cars in front of me.... Management and the Corp need to really fix this place or close it.
Restaurant was drive thru only, and not that busy. Service was fine and food was fresh.

Came in here once during lunch thought it was gonna be a wait. It was actually pretty fast.. my go to spot for lunch during work now. Staff is doing a good job here.
Horrible customer service the cashiers(all three) were posted in the front on their cell phones... Requested burger extra well done the meat was pink..
