Just left the wienerschitzel on Valley and Rancho. I have to say the girl working the drive thru, Jennifer by the way was RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, when I asked to speak to the manager she replied I am the MANAGER. OH BOY.LETS JUST HOPE THIS GETS READ.UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
Good corn dogs. French fries soft and not crunchy. I have always used drive thru. At times they have a hard time hearing my order and have to repeat it several times.
too expensive l asked for fries he give me . a diet pepsi .l said l wanted fries so he pour s out the soda instead of just giving it to me m had been there 4 times that week
I've come here twice and both times I have been greeted with the rudest customer service by this girl who says she is the manager, and her name being "Jennifer". Definitely needs to get fired or take better customer service classes as she is so rude! Once she seen me recording, so that I can have proof of how rude she is she quickly changed her attitude. She then denied me the food I had ordered just because I was recording the conversation between her and I. I understand there is not a lot of workers right now due to covid, but this fast food service, along with plenty others needs to do better in choosing who works for them. Customer service is some of the first things you learn upon getting these jobs, and being a rude ignorant person because you're tired of your pathetic life as a cashier is very unacceptable. You should not take out your anger on the customers that keep these fast food places running. Do better Jennifer. God bless you ?
Went through the drive thru and the girl with the pink hair who says she is the manager named Jennifer was really rude! Had no customer service skills, and didn't give us our food. NEEDS TO BE FIRED!
I asked for a ranch packet for the Jalapeno popers, I was told I will have to pay $1.05 for them. I thought sauces came free with finger foods? I understand times are tough but raising your prices and then, charging for things that should come with the meal free is ridiculous. After 40 years of eating at Wienerschnitzel, I think this is the end of the road for me. I think after spending $14 for lunch for 1 person they shouldn't charge you a dollar for a sauce packet.
Very flavorful milkshake made out of Fruit Loops also the hot dogs were delicious highly recommend this place
I like Wienerschnitzel but I gave it a four because it is after all a Wienerschnitzel. They do have really good chili cheese dogs though. Their corn dog was a little greasy this time but it is fast food people! This place has really great deals for feeding a bunch of kids or just a group of people in general that like corn dogs and hot dogs
The Cheese fries dry the cheese is not even melted&Corn dogs looked old .Their getting paid for a reason to do their job right . Ughh ??
Food is delicious as usual. 2 stars because now I have to check my bag thoroughly. My pretzel came with NO CHEESE! That is blasphemy.
