Worst Wendy's I've been to. There were only 2 customers ahead of me and they took close to 20 minutes to take my order. When I asked if someone could help me it took a while for the cashier to turn around and tell me he was getting the other customers order and he will be right to me after he is done. Not the experience I'm used to at Wendy's. Looks like they are short in employees and only young/ slow ones they have.
The last three visits the employees have been incompetent in filling my order correctly. If a simple order can not be right why patronize Never again
I walked in and wasn't acknowledged for a bit and there was only a few employees that didn't need direction from a lead. The lady that took my order was asked to take counter orders and I thought she was going to throw a tantrum! She was crabby and I could tell she didn't want to do this particular task. It took at least 20 minutes to finally receive my order! ?Also, as I was coming in, there was also a lot of water on the floor, and I was warned by a customer as she was going out.I felt sorry for the employees who were pulling the weight of the others!
The customer service was poor and they make us wait for around 10 min to take the order waitting in front of the counter there was a lot of water in the floor the tables were dirty they did not have ketchup, there were no flavors to mix in the soda machine this was my firt time eating at Wendys and I left very disapointed of this place
They did a good job. Order was correct and the food was new. You can dine inside, do drive thru or delivery.
DONT and people hear me out..Don't go to the one on Mt.Vernon in colton..They RIP you off through the drive thru and not professional at all.Its like or should hire the homeless which would probably would be more professional. Went thru drive-thru,got my food,almost shoved to me and when I drove away forgot to get my change. And when I went back spoke to supervisor another one unprofessional brushed me away.Losing $9.00 isn't small amt. But anyway it's not abt the money its abt.how they handled it. The drive thru person pocketed the change so the till was in order.I let it go because God doesn't like thief's or liars. So I hope they repent for their sins.

I like Wendy's, they have great chili and burgers, but this location is tarnishing the corporate name and should retrain the staff. My last two visits to this location, the staff ignored me for 10 minutes, when I was acknowledged, I felt I was interrupting their listening to the foul language rap music playing over the P.A. system. Their lack of customer service made me find another Wendy's to patronize. Wendy's is a 5 star company, but this location doesn't deserve the one star needed to post this review.
I love their chocolate frosted and biggie bag deal with the bacon double stack. My daughter loves the kids meal toy and how big their nuggets are compared to McDonald's nuggets.
