03/28/2022 around 12:30pm service was very condescending. So I wanted a custom drink that I ordered at another Starbucks (nothing difficult: nitro cold brew blended with ice and mocha syrup) but the dude gave a reason that he didn’t even understand for not being able to make the drink. He definitely had an attitude because I wanted to know a specific reason why he couldn’t make the drink.

Worst Starbucks ever !! They decide to close at 3:30 on a Saturday . They have no signs and the staff is just rude. Management should run this location better.
Hrs have changed. They are only open Fridays. Each time I come it's closed. Don't waste your time. Go to Mt. Vernon location
