I love Starbucks but they seem to be closing early it's 7pm. They should really put a sign. Update their times. This one and the one by cal.state San Bernardino as well.
I went to this location on New Years Eve, the drive thru line was packed till the middle of the parking lot! My wait wasn’t to long but my 5 stars is because the barista at the drive thru window Kirsten or Red she said to call her was so pleasant! She interacted with me and my van full of children. She was honestly a joy! I appreciated her warm energy!
No signage on Christmas Eve that Starbucks would be closed on Christmas Day. Very arrogant company. I should open my own coffee chain and put Starbucks out of business. Just sayin'.
How are you going to answer the phone then put them on hold and hang up on them, and when you call back. The line is “busy” all of a sudden, 3rd time experiencing that here at this location. Very disrespectful customer service.

Im a local I go all the time ..other then a few employees like the guy he is amazing..Cindy the one who works the drive thru in the morning lately very rude gets an attitude has no customer service what so ever ..and there shift manager the girl with the short bangs always messes up the order's and has bad customer service as well .I wish there was a different one I could go to..
