Always go here when I'm in a hurry and want to eat a chicken sandwich. The apple pies are so good bomb. The sweet tea. So good.
This place is always packed! This time I walked in to order. I was surprised to only see one cook in the back for how busy it always is. I ordered the chicken pieces and was disappointed because they were too small.. yes yes the chicken pieces tend to be more on the small size but c'mon they were tiny and all batter. Biscuits were bomb! Mashed potatoes were bomb! And I got a cinnamon pie. The pie for my taste was waaay over sugared. I couldn't pick it up without making a mess. Would I order again? As last resort I would. Just because this time my chicken was tiny doesn't mean all the other times it will be the same. Now if this cooties to happen then no I will not.
Rude service,an employee eating chicken in kitchen in front of customers.chicken was dry n taste old. They left things out of my order.
I drove 20 minutes to this location just to find out that they didn't have any of the stuff that I was requesting. I wanted to order spicy chicken breast They didn't have any I also wanted water chicken wings they stated that they didn't have any as well So I ended up getting whatever they have available I wasn't going back home without it any food. I was at this location at 2:40 PM. On top of that they made me parked in the handicap area because my order wasn't ready and I had to wait.
Wow. Very disgusting. The spicy chicken was terrible. This place must give bonuses for not wasting food because I couldn't even finish this nasty sandwich. It had been sitting under the warmers waaaay too long. Same can be said for the hard dirt clod rocks (biscuits). No amount of Popeyes water and sugar added "honey" could make them better. The hi-c was out of mix. The boxed mashed potatoes tasted like they always do. Like damn... if I wanted to eat garbage I would have went to KFC. Will not be back. Our bodies are too precious to be putting this kind of food into our temples. Shame on you.
Everytime I come here they never seem to have anything. I ordered a #5 wing combo I asked for spicy and the guy said, "we don't have spicy wings". Like really? They NEVER have anything not even the drinks. My drink was watered down too. Then they gave me a super small wing. They need better training for lazy workers. Won't be returning ever.
I only rated this Popeyes restaurant a 1 because there was no option for a 0. I have been to this location 3 times and evertime it gets worse. Either out of food or condiments or food cold . To top it off the people that work there don't seem to care.I won't go back for a 4th time.You shouldn't risk it.
On several occasions they're out of most of the inventory, Chicken sandwiches, Cole slaw, fresh chicken? Several customers walked out during my visits? and for not being busy you wait a long time for old chicken with terrible Service, Highland avenue Popeyes much betterThey'll probably blame covid
Waited in a long line in drive thru which is fine its a Friday. Guy at the window was really rude and as I just got home I discovered my whole order was not in the bag and there was no sauce I asked for. Not great after a long day at work.
Popeyes used to be good. It is not anymore. The line took forever which is reasonable considering they're cooking chicken but the chicken was very dry. The buns tasted stale like they'd been sitting out on the counter. The service was decent though. It looks like Popeye's has fallen off. Food was ok. Not even mediocre, and for the price, not worth it.
