Shady. Shady, shady! My receipt has two different totals, my online order history has a different total than the ones on the receipt and my card was charged a different amount that the 3 above mentioned totals.Receipt shows a total of $47.46 but at the bottom states my card was charged $41.27 and I owe the driver $6.19 upon delivery.My card was charged $48.70Online order total is $54.89The driver was amazing but the rest of this is shady.
If you want to avoid any hassles don't ever order from this Pizza Hut this is one of the worst Pizza huts I have ever had the honor of ordering from the driver lied and said that they deliver my pizza when they deliver anything at all now take it that the pizza was already paid for $22.54 I called to complain and asked where my pizza was they told me they didn't know where my pizza was that they were sorry and they had talked to the manager Domino's is better than this place if you want pizza order from Domino's not from this Pizza Hut
Quick service. Staff is friendly & nice. Sometimes it’s very busy like in holidays & late nights. Great deals going on 365 days & you can get nice points by ordering online. You can get Free medium pizza after 2-3 months only if you order online.
The order was exactly as expected and ready in a short period of time. The pick up was quick and easy with pleasant customer service.
Poor service from the initial call..... long hold time. I got to the Hut before they even answered. Whoever took my call took forever as they weren't sure about specials and what they offered.I informed them I'm outside and can they please place the order. The rep verified twice that it was a pickup order even after I told them yes I'm right outside.I was also told my price included a delivery fee upping which I reminded them it's a pick up. I ordered a large pizza and wineWings. Once I paid for the order and noticed I had 6 minutes left for the order to be ready, the cashier tells me your pizza is coming out now but we didn't put in the wings but will do it now. I was upset and they were nonchalant about the fact I was frustrated with the long wait. My staff was working thru lunch and I needed things to be on time. Next time I'll go to Dominoes
I feel like I just spent $48 on a box of Grease. I could have saved my money and went to Little Caesars I spent $5 on better tasting Pizza. This will be the last time I go to Pizza Hut in Colton. Treat others how you want to be treated.
Dinner Big Box deal is exceptional. Split it between two small households! Food was well prepared, hot when it arrived, and very tasty. Driver was very polite!
They raised the prices and seem to be putting less toppings on the pizza. One or the other would be acceptable, but not both.
Food was great and delivered on time. This Pizza Hut store is always great to work with, they take care of Loma Linda hospital all the time and we really appreciate them! Thank you for the great service!
Both my pizzas were burnt, so bot burning them going forward would be great
