Worst place to get good service, night shifts were very rude and not accommodating. These two heavy dudes don’t even try and help you, I honestly don’t think they like the job they have. And they are getting away with being rude.
I have tried other locations and so far this has been the ultimate favorite,
Don't go to papa John's anymore especially the one on pepper in colton because i order over the phone using my credit card, so did another family member rhe next day. Checking my balance i thrn contacted my bank fraud Dept for investigation due to unauthorized charges. The bank did an investigation and found a lady there used my card. The bank did credit the account and chargeback papa John's.
Pizza is pretty good, but way too expensive, unless you have coupons.
Everything was nasty, two of my items were burnt I asked for well done wings and they were so soggy won’t ever be going back to papa johns

Ordered pizza online on the app. Papa John's takes my order and money no problem. Calls me and tells me my order is canceled because I'm out of there jurisdiction yet I've gotten pizza delivered to my address before. Delivery driver calls me and tells me he'll get the pizza to me great customer service to the driver. Then Manager calls me telling me there's nothing they can do she represented Papa John's in the worse way possible not fixing her mess up.
Pizza is always done correctly and normally order with garlic knots to pair it up but unfortunately today they miss the spot got the knots but no garlic on them :(
Good pizza, excellent service... the delivery driver was courteous, professional, and patient. Thanks for an awesome experience.
