they treat me as if I'm a nobody
9pm and people were still in the dining room, look like the whole family of one of the employees, they forgot my straws & sauce so I thought I could park and walk in to ask for the missing items but was just given a hand signal that they weren’t gonna let me in or even come ask what I needed so I had to get back in the drive thru, wait some more and then ask for the missing stuff ??♀️ Ridiculous
This is a busy location. Staff try their best to keep the demands of both drive thru and indoor clientele. In most days lunch time and dinner it's their peak hour. This location offers a clean environment and friendly customer service. The drive thru line when busy extends to the outside of the parking lot which is the street. Unfortunately the drive thru line follows the entrance of the street which is the lane into a major crosstreet. Due to this I have had to reconsider where to go to buy lunch. That is why I am rating 3 stars.
This restaurant location can be hit or miss. Staff is wonderful but line always moves slow and deep fried food items taste like old oil.
Overall great location. Plenty of parking and large eating space with modern play area for kids. Inside the staff could have been more courteous and greeted me and other waiting customers sooner.
The food is great and the the portions can feed a lumberjack. Prices have increased, so be ready to put out a few more bucks.
Amazing customer service everytime. Plus they keep it really nice and clean. Even the restrooms are nice.
Today i went to this place to get breakfeast and when ordered the deluxe meal THEY DID NOT GIVE ME MY BREAD AND THE HASHBROWN WAS OLD AND BURNT. The other day i went to get chicken nuggets and i asked for ketchup and they did not give it to me so i asked for more and they told me that i had to park and go inside the building just to get ketchup and STILL THEY JUST GAVE ME BBQ SAUSE. Instead im going to jack in the box because they give better service.
Hamburger was burnt. The only reason why I went to this one is because I have indoor dining maybe it was a bad day I've been there a couple times before and my food was okay this time not so
This McDonald's don't give training to their workers. If they can throw out our orders in our face they would do it. These girls are so rude to their clients, they don't appreciate that they have a job. Bad attitude. I would fired every one including the manager. Clients don't need to feel upset before they eat their meals.
