This KFC is the worst! I'm not sure why it's so hard to get biscuits here. I ordered from Door Dash and asked for 4 extra biscuits with extra butter packets. We got alot of butter packets but no biscuits. Tried it one more time same thing so I figured it must be because I'm ordering through Door Dash. Today I figured I'd go in person through the drive thru to make sure no issues. Placed my order which included 4 extra biscuits. Received my order and checked my bag, while I was checking of course the employee goes to the back and I was unable to let them know the biscuits were missing. I had to go inside and of course the employees are in the back talking and laughing. After finally getting their attention I let them know you forgot my biscuits. He was like "my bad". The Fries we ordered were also extra crispy and had an awful flavor. Never going there again!
VERY rude employees and horrible customer service. I would encourage anyone to not eat here and go buy KFC some place else.
I.have ordered.from here twice in 2 weeks. Both times the side orders were wrong. I ordered mashed potatoes (no gravy) and cole slaw. First.time I got.potatoes with gravy and Mac and cheese. Second time, I got two mashed potatoes with gravy. I really wanted my cole slaw!
Everytime we go they are out of something this time no chicken tenders last time no pies. It's 6pm they should be ready. The crew goofs off and it takes at least 10 min. Waiting while they are taking pictures of each other. They tell me someone will be right with you continued to take photos. Then came and helped me. This really bothered me
Don't even bother... missing items... horrible looking and tasting chicken, rude workers.. and i have NEVER been stuck at any fast food drive thru for 1hr like EVER.. but if you come here be prepared to wait in line for sooo much longer than you intended. Not worth it at all.
Biscuits are as hard as a rock when you get home 2 minutes later. Had a bit of an attitude in the drive up. They use to give me an extra mashed taters instead of the biscuits now they didnt even want to give me 4 cookies instead off. They should just get the biscuits off the menu
Wow, so disappointed in the PLANT BASED nuggets. They were over cooked and dry as cardboard. The price was $9.00 for six nuggets and they tasted like stiff rubber ?… This location always fails time after time.(((DON’T WAST YOUR MONEY)))
Very disappointed with this location. Not only was the dining room closed so we had to go through drive thru. But they also were rude when THEY messed up our order. They also lied and said they gave us original when they really gave us extra crispy.
The drive thru line is always super long night or day and they take forever.. the young ones that work here are rude.. and they're always running out of something and their prices are super high more than usual.. times are hard these days give us customers a break..
Was dirty in the dining area I was hoping the food would be okay it was good.
