This store refused to accept their own coupon. The ironic thing is, Juan Pollo sent me the coupon for joining their rewards club. Only to be turned away.The woman at the counter lost a $30+ order over a $1.50 discount!
Like, it's a Juan Pollo, but I felt like they were more than that somehow - the potato salad is even more absurdly delicious than I remember, and the skin on the chicken was *so* perfectly crispy... add to that the thickness of pepper-laden beans, and that golden rice that you know was cooked in chicken-broth, and I mean... what more could you ask for?

Not good at all chicken was dry, Rice and Salsa didn't have no flavor, Potatoes salad was ok, I will not go there anymore.

Juan Pollo was the rite choice for my family and I. We enjoyed the fresh hot family meal deal while watching NFL games. Staff was friendly and fast.

10:12 am and they’re still not open. The guy insides tells me with a gesture to wait a little bit. I don’t have the luxury to wait. Why can’t you guys open on time? It’s a joke! Hire responsible managers.
