A clear sign on window that says open again at 4:30 am. NOPE...They sit there and open when they want. Don't acknowledge you and when they do, "our systems are down." I've seen this 3 times in a row after my late shift.
When they flash your order. You must read it very carefully. They will mess up your order. I recommend you go anywhere else. Do not stop at this one.
Very rude female worker and the nerve of the sign that was posted at the drive thru. This used to be my fav Jack n the Box but I'm okay I rather spend my money else where.
I just wanted to enjoy tiny tacos and some regular tacos and so that's what I ordered BUT my tiny tacos were stale and the regular tacos had little to no lettuce, as is it they typically don't come with a lot but this time it was pretty much non there.
The young lady who was working the drive-thru around 9:30pm on 5/27 had a terrible attitude. We asked for more time to order and was greeted with a "yeah..." that was said with a disgusted attitude. I couldn't believe it especially since we were kind and polite. I took it as she was having a bad day but still, you can't act that way to customers in a customer driven business.
Ana working in the evenings(midnight) is amazing! Love going just for her. I used to dislike this location but she has made it much better
How is this place still open. Fire everyone and shut it down. Even if you could actually get food here I wouldn't trust eating it based on the attitude and work ethic of the employees. Seriously just close this location.
I work overnight usually Jack are open at 5 am but this one was closed you are soppose order online who going order online early in morning plus it look like nobody was inside!
This place discriminates against truck drivers! Stopped there this morning to get food because yes we need to eat too! Who knew? Well the worker inside thinks he owns the street because he said i couldn't order because I can't park there ? The sign clearly says parking for customers only which i clearly was. Who is he to dictate what vehicles are allowed to park on the street. Remember trucks bring your food to you without us you have no job either! Be kind we are paying customers also.
This is worst location they have “opened” they are never open, dining room or drive thru and when they are open for drive thru only they only accept mobile orders and the employees have the worst attitude when they are handing you your food
